Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals, as management and housekeeping coordinator, is dedicated to our guests’ peace of mind and is taking steps to ensure the cleanliness of your condo/home is held to the highest standards. We have implemented new policies to provide a higher level of home sanitation and disinfecting procedures, some of which are listed below.
- Contactless check-in procedures are in place for most all properties.
- Bed linen and towels are pulled after each guest to ensure the highest standards of sanitization for the next guest.
- Our industrial cleaning machines, chemicals, and high heat are capable of ensuring all sheets, towels, and duvet items come out clean fresh, free of any bacteria or viruses.
- Sofa Beds will also have clean sheet sets, bagged and sealed, to ensure safety standards are met.
- After every check-out, cleaners and inspectors will apply a disinfectant treatment to all hard surfaces including countertop and cabinet surfaces, remote controls, door handles, and light switches. Soft surfaces including sofas and chair backs will also be treated and sanitized.
