Welcome to Mama's Happy! A beautiful upscale modern beach home with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a private pool and a 2-story guest cottage located just a block to the pristine beaches of Destin. This home has 3 different living areas providing plenty of privacy for multiple families. Featuring a Private Pool, the property has a 4-Bedroom Main House and a 2-Story, 2 Bedroom Guest Cottage.
The home boasts a full gourmet kitchen, lots of dining seats, comfy beds, TVs in every room. The guest cottage includes a Full Kitchen in in the Upstairs living area and a Kitchenette in the downstairs living area. The pool area includes a Large Deck with plenty of chairs to enjoy the sun, an outdoor shower, large gas grill, and chaise lounges.
Destin Commons outdoor shopping mall, with stores like Bass Pro Shop, Abercrombie & Fitch, Victoria's Secret, Talbots, Books A Million, and a 14-movie stadium seating theater, along with countless fantastic restaurants, are located just a few blocks away! First Floor: Light, airy living room with a 55'' Smart TV, queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, Queen bedroom, Bunk Room (sleeps 2), full bath, and full-size washer and dryer.
Second Floor: The master suite upstairs has a King bed, private bath with an Air Tub (you have got to try this!), double sinks, stand-up shower, TV in the bathroom, AND Smart TV in the bedroom area. The second story also has a bedroom with 2 Queen beds and beautiful wrap-around porch area with plenty of seating to enjoy your morning coffee.
Third Floor: Loft with beautiful views of the emerald waters of the Gulf!

First Floor: Living room with Queen sleeper sofa, flat screen Smart TV, kitchen area with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and sink, hall bath, and king bedroom with TV. There is also a full bath.
