Endless Paradise
All bedding, sheets, blankets, shams, towels, etc. will be replaced with clean, new ones between guests. All hard and soft surfaces fully disinfected between stays. Rest assured the house will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between all guests!
Escape to ‘Endless Paradise’ - a beautifully decorated and recently updated 2100 sq. ft beach home located just 1100 ft from the gorgeous Emerald Coast beaches! It sleeps 13 in beds and just 2 on sleepers; which includes an expansive master suite, additional ensuite bedroom, kid’s bunkroom, flat-screen TVs throughout, free high-speed Wi-Fi and a second upstairs family room with a convenient upper kitchenette/mini-bar. The two-story house has multiple covered porch/balconies and a cozy, fenced backyard complete with a sitting area and outdoor grill for enjoyable, open-air dining. ‘Endless Paradise’ is nestled on the east side of Destin in the charming Miramar Beach gated community of ‘Emerald Shores’ that boasts 2 community pools (one heated), free seasonal tram service, tennis courts and a private beach pavilion with restrooms, showers, picnic tables, vending machines, beach service and it's very own Cabana Cafe & Bar.
FIRST FLOOR
Open living room with a large flat-screen TV, plenty of cozy seating and easy access to one of the four covered porches to enjoy morning coffee. The kitchen offers full stainless steel appliances and comes fully stocked with everything you will for any occasion. There is plenty of dining seating with a large dining table and a delightful breakfast bar area. The lower level features a conveniently located full bath, a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer set and an ironing board. All bath towels and linens included and professionally laundered after each stay.
The first-floor bedroom ensuite opens up to a private covered patio; and features two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kid-friendly bunk room comfortably sleeps four.
SECOND FLOOR
The upstairs opens up to the home’s second living room with a comfortable seating area and a large flat-screen TV – a nice quiet “get away” from the busy first floor if needed. Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks at the upstairs kitchenette/mini-bar.
Relax in the airy master suite with a king bed and day bed with trundle, and a large flat-screen TV. It includes a spacious ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub/shower combo, private toilet room and double sink vanity. Finally, walk out to the bedroom’s private covered patio.
The additional upstairs bedroom comes with another full king bed, a single pullout, flat-screen TV and access to a separate walkout private covered patio. The second upstairs full bath features a standup shower.
OUTSIDE AREAS
Beautifully maintained yard. Comfortable, privately gated backyard with an outdoor grill, picnic table with additional seating, outdoor games, beach toys for common use, outdoor shower, personal beach pull wagon, and more. Four covered patios with outdoor furniture for seating. Enough driveway space to park two cars with additional parking at the pools and tennis court on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Emerald Shores Community of Destin Florida boasts one of the most family-friendly and safe areas to vacation on the Emerald Coast! The palm treed lined streets include sidewalks for a safe and relaxing walk to either of the two pools and the beach. The nearest pool to ‘Southern Cross’ is less than a minute walk across the cul-de-sac and the other is a 2-minute stroll from the front yard! This wonderful neighborhood is a double-gated community – one that offers easy access to the Emerald Coast Parkway (Highway 98) and one that opens to beautiful Scenic 98 right along the beach!
