Our units feature private patios bursting with Florida wildlife, or you can fish from your private lake front balcony.
Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the bird
