Destiny Casa is a beautifully decorated home in the highly sought after gated community of Destiny East.  It is an easy 2-minute golf cart ride to public beach access with dedicated golf cart parking.

This renovated home comes equipped with all the perks:

• The private pool may be heated for an additional $40 per day

Inside Destiny Casa

Destiny Casa is an open floor concept connecting living room, dining room and kitchen.  The living room has been recently updated with new furniture, a newly finished gas log fireplace, HDTV and soundbar, and a full wall of windows looking out to the private pool.  The hardwood dining room table sits 6-8 people.

The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 9 people.  The Main Bedroom has a king-sized bed, private access to the pool and views of the pool and lanai area, a private bathroom with a jetted tub, separate shower and two sinks.   The Guest Bedroom has a king-sized bed.  The Bunkroom features full-sized bunk beds with a pull-out twin trundle.  A detached full bathroom is located between the Guest Bedroom and the Bunkroom.   All bedrooms have private HDTVs and Blu-ray DVD players.         

The kitchen contains all the equipment you would expect from a high-end vacation home, including a Keurig coffee maker and 12 cup coffee pot (basket filters provided), an air-fryer, multiple blenders, deep fryer and even a standing Kitchen Aid mixer.  A large-sized washer and dryer is conveniently located off the walk-in pantry. 

Pool/Lanai/Backyard:

The private heated pool is approximately 15’ x 10’ and about 5 feet deep.  This wonderful outdoor area features:

- Outdoor bar with sink and a minifridge

- Weber propane grill

- HDTV with popular apps installed and free cable channels

- Patio Table and 6 chairs

- Separate sitting area with love seat and 2 chairs

- 2 lounge chairs

- LED lighting for nighttime use

-  Additional outdoor area containing a swing, Adirondack chairs and outdoor shower is located behind the screened-in pool.

For the kids…:

This house is a paradise for families.  The huge walk-in closet in the Main Bedroom features two toddler beds and a fully stocked toy chest.  A pack n’ play with a custom mattress is also on site.  As an added bonus, beach toys, and pool floats are provided.  The owners have filled the house with board games, books and puzzles so you can create those vacation memories.   Easy to set alarms are installed on all doors and windows accessing the private pool and there is a small yard with a swing and Adirondack chairs behind the lanai.  The gated community upgraded the playground equipment in 2021 and two large pools are just a short walk away. 

The Destiny East Community Amenities:

Destiny East is an exclusive gated community that offers several amenities including a clubhouse, 2 large pools, hot tub, fitness center, IMAX movie theater, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, BBQ area with outdoor kitchen, walking trails, & a brand new playground!  All amenities are within easy walking distance and accessible by golf cart.  The neighborhood is located on pedestrian and golf cart friendly Scenic 98.  It is a golf cart ride away to many popular restaurants, shops & activities.
