Ocean Antics is a fully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, just 3 blocks from the sands of Seagrove Beach.
Inside Ocean Antics find all the comforts of home. DirectTV in the living room, master bedroom and bunk room. Blue-ray player in the living room. Choose a movie from our family-friendly DVD collection. We also have a collection of books for beach reading. Need an inside activity for a rainy or lazy day? There are games and puzzles in the hall closet.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need for a home-cooked meal. Small appliances include coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer and microwave. Full-size, side by side washer and dryer are located conveniently in the hallway. You'll also find some extra beach towels here.
The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet with iron and ironing board, two dressers, alarm clock and a flat screen mounted TV with DirectTV. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, alarm clock, comfy beanbag chairs, a collection of kid-friendly books, a television with DirectTV, and a floor fan.
This home is part of a 16-home development. Enjoy the community pool located steps from your front door. The lounging area is furnished with lots of chaises and outdoor dining tables. An outdoor shower is located on the pool deck - a great spot to wash off the sand from the beach! There are two charcoal grills to use under the pergola next to the pool.
