First floor has two bedrooms (Queen/bunk room with trundle and sleeper sofa), living area and full-size washer/dryer. Second floor has one bedroom (King), ½ bath, kitchen, dining and living room. Third floor has one queen bedroom with private deck and double bunk bedroom. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom and smart tvs. The main living room features open kitchen/dining and living room. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry. Plenty of closet space. There are decks off every level. Community has two pools with a short walking distance and a short one-two minute walk to beach. Top of the Dunes is a perfect multi-family getaway with plenty of space for everyone. Outside patio area with gas BBQ. Close to Seaside, restaurants and shopping. There is parking for two cars with overflow on Eastern Lake Drive.
