Beach house with private pool! New construction in Terra Cotta Terrace. Walking distance to the dedicated neighborhood beach access. Private pool. Sleeps 14. Beautiful baths and kitchen. Hardwood floors and tile throughout. Tropical landscaping with palm trees and plenty of outdoor furniture. Built-in bunk beds.The 1st floor has one bedroom with a Queen bed, another room with 2 sets of bunk beds that share a bathroom. On the 2nd floor you have 3 bedrooms. The Master which has a king bed with a double vanity and walk in shower, 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds with their own bathroom, and 3rd bedroom with a king bed with its own bathroom also.
*Pool can be heated at an additional cost ($50/day + tax). Must notify management before your arrival if you would like the pool heated*
*Guest have access to the community pool, tennis courts, and volleyball court*
*Parking Limited to 4 Vehicles*
