Observation Point North #252-4

Absolutely loved our stay! Everything felt clean and cozy. Loved the extra amount of pillows, blankets, towels, wall hooks, lamps, & outlets. Also, the kitchen was very well stocked and the bed was comfortable! Patio was so large we played hide & seek on it. Night life and sounds (even the firework show on Tuesday night) didn’t wake our sleeping toddler. Walk to pool & parking deck were a breeze (once we figured it out 🤭) No smart tvs, but that was okay with us! Loved the music choice channels - the sleep sounds was so dreamy to fall asleep too. We hope to be back to this location.

Great location, right in the middle of all the action. Two spacious bedrooms and a comfortable living area, plus a view of the Baytowne stage. Things quieted down around 10 PM each night, and the rooms themselves were nice and peaceful. We really enjoyed the free trolley and golf passes. Overall, a great stay — We'd definitely come back.

This property was perfect for our family trip. The beach is just a quick ride away and dining/entertainment steps away. We were able to watch the Pirate Night show and enjoy movie night all from our incredibly spacious balcony. We will definitely be booking this property in the future, but will bring a noise machine for the bedrooms since Rum Runners stays open later on the weekends.

Best balcony to view fireworks! Wonderful condo! Only drawback was parking on busy nights. We had a code to get to private parking but the private parking was not so private. Many cars did not have the parking pass in their vehicle so it caused people that did have the pass to go without. I think people might have shared codes with friends that were not suppose to park. I walked through one part of parking……4 out of 10 cars did not have a pass. If they would monitor the parking more closely it would make it so much better. No pass no park. Other than that the condo was excellent. Pool was terrific! Lots of food and fun in the village area. Great places to walk. Excellent workout room! Such a fun and wonderful place to stay! We will be back!

Stayed here with splice and 3 children. We really enjoyed our stay. Only a few complaints 1st the bed in the master has a topper on it that does not fit so feels more like sleeping on a queen. 2nd the TV’s are smart TV’s but you can not use the smart feature as they are not connected to the internet and we were not able to connect due to needing admin privileges and also Annette is using a VPN so unable to connect to log into streaming services. 3rd the cookware is very cheap and old so unable to do much cooking as everything burned and stuck to cookware. Other than that our stay was great perfect location and clean home.

We booked this as a long weekend getaway for two couples. We arrived and found the unit as advertised and truly fantastic, especially the location and deck! Unfortunately, early in our stay my brother in law had a medical emergency was was hospitalized. (Nothing to do with the unit, something internal that just surfaced.) He needed surgery and as a result we needed and asked for some flexibility on check out times etc… 1. This unit is literally 2 miles from the hospital, which is fantastic. 2. In addition to all the fun things at the Wharf, you have phenomenal shopping a mile away that includes Williams Sonoma, Anthropologie, a Publix…really anything you’d want or need 3. The unit has great parking and is close to the doors/ramps/elevators. We never had to struggle to find a spot. 4. The Venture Found staff was so helpful during this unexpected chaos. We would definitely rent this unit and from them again:)

Condo overlooks Baytowne shops and restaurants. There is a huge balcony with plenty of seating. There is night time entertainment so we used the balcony each night and listed to music. You could not hear the music from inside though so don’t worry about it being distracting or annoying. Pool area is really pretty wetting lots of tropical gardens surrounding it. Location of unit to parking area is great...just steps from it. Very secure area with building and parking codes. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great. The only problem we had was the A/C in the kids room never worked right. It was routinely around 78-79. Other than that, we had a great trip. Our family really enjoyed the view from the balcony over looking the Village.

The location is great for a family with small children. My kiddos loved that we could watch the merry-go-round from the balcony and we visited every day, as well as other attractions on the wharf. We loved our week long stay here. The beach was a short drive away, Baytown Wharf is outside the balcony doors, and the condo itself was perfectly setup for all of our needs. I will advise that those who are light sleepers might have difficulty getting some sleep since the music from the local restaurants can be faintly heard inside the condo. We had a great experience and hope to stay here again soon!

We and their had stayed 6 nights in Orlando enjoying the magic of Disney with friends and decided to extend the Florida visit by breaking the long drive back with a few days in Destin area. The property was good, the parking and check-in easy. This is the slow season in the area so most venues were easy to get in and out of. Long live Florida and their common sense approach to Covid19

We loved our stay. The location of the unit was very convenient. You park in the garage, walk straight in, and the door to your unit is right there. If walking is not your thing, this is your place. The unit was clean, and it was just as it appeared in the pictures. The back porch area is great . We were there during a down time, but I would expect that it is a great place to sit and watch people over drinks during the busy times. The prices in the local restaurants seem higher than you would hope, but that it more than offset by the ability to walk out the door, into a restaurant, and then back to the condo in a matter of just a few minutes. We would love to stay in the Baytowne Wharf, in general, and in this unit, in particular, again,

Perfect size for family of 4. Easy access from parking garage. Patio is amazing with view of courtyard and restaurants. Only issue is the fabric for the bar stools on patio are torn and can’t sit in them.

Great property. Parking on the same level as the unit was so convenient. Literally steps from your vehicle to the door of your condo. Watched fireworks and live music from our balcony. Have been going to Sandestin yearly for 20+ years. Rarely do the actual accommodations live up to the photos in the online listing. This property did. Will stay here again.

The unit was just as described BEAUTIFUL. The master bed could be a little more comfortable but the secondary beds were fine. The location can be a blessing and evil if you are a lite sleeper. Because it is located in the village the late night music could keep you up. Suggest ear plugs! Otherwise it is around everything you want to visit during your stay.. The mornings are wonderful to sit out on the large patio eat breakfast and drink coffee.

It was beautiful, clean, and the perfect amount of space for my fiancé and my future step daughter and I. Home was beautifully decorated and in a great location. Within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants at Baytowne Wharf; which was very convenient if traveling with kids. The only downside was the proximity to a restaurant/karaoke bar that stayed open until 2am. It got very loud at night. Other than that, we loved our stay and will definitely be back!

This is a very convienient location in Baytowne Wharf.No driving needed to great fun and restaurants. Walk out your door and you’re there! Parking is on 2nd level which is where the unit is located so no elevators to deal with moving in and out. The unit was nicely decorated and the deck is huge. Sit and relax to people watch and the outdoor concerts. The Beach however is very crowded on holidays. Better stake out a spot early! Would definitely stay again!
