We spent Christmas and this beach house was absolutely perfect. The views were amazing and the porch to sand experience was top tier. The layout of the home was ideal, there was plenty of space for everyone to be together while still allowing room for individual activities and space. The additional sitting area away from the TV was a huge bonus. The beach itself was quiet and relaxing, allowing each unit to spread out and enjoy time outside while still maintaining privacy. We also appreciated the location-close to retail and grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and fast food, with safe sidewalks that made walking easy and enjoyable. Overall, this home was clean, spacious, well-located, and perfect for a family holiday getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach retreat.

What an amazing way to wake up in the morning than being able to see these views from this condo!? Literally steps to the white sands and stunning blue waters of the Gulf. You won’t go wrong with access to it here and being able to enjoy it from 3 different decks! Love being in close proximity to shops, restaurants and shopping. The team communicated quickly to answer any questions I had and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was great! Really nice and cozy place right on the beach, in the perfect spot. The beach access right there on the main strip is really key, especially with young kids. I would definitely book this place again. The only thing that I didn’t like, was the carpet near the back door was not vacuumed/clean and there were random longggg dark hairs on lots of our stuff.. (blankets, towels, floors, counters, toilet- we are all blonde).

This townhouse was perfect for our vacation! It is right on a private beach, which made all the difference. It is so much easier staying directly on the beach for food, restroom, breaks, naps, and hauling all of your stuff. The beach in front of the townhouses is private, and that made a huge difference with the crowds. You do have to set up your own chairs or rent chairs and put them out early to reserve your spot on the beach each day. Most of our neighbors rented chairs and umbrellas for their entire stay. This helped them have their spot every day. I just brought my own chairs and set them up early in the morning. The house is beautifully decorated and very nice. The beds in the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. However, the couch pull our beds were not comfortable. Our extra guests had to sleep on the couches. I would recommend bringing a blow up bed for extra guests. The kitchen had basic dishes for cooking, a coffee pot, and a Keurig machine. I cooked almost all of our meals during the stay and had everything I needed. Overall this was the perfect stay for our family! I would definitely come back. The views from the house were beautiful. The three porches gave you lots of outdoor space, and the location to the beach was the best!!

Chris was so easy to communicate with and the property is absolutely wonderful. Directly on the water and you can hear the waves crashing from right outside the door. Two balconies and a huge downstairs outdoor area as well. Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely be back!

This property was the best location/setup for our family vacation. We spent almost all of our time on the beach and having the house within steps was optimal. The decks made for the perfect nights to hangout and have a nice dinner. Chris was a great host and always available for questions/help!

My family and I have stayed at this property before. Just like last time, we had a wonderful time. The townhouse is well maintained and has excellent and easy beach access to the accompanying private beach. The views are spectacular and the property provides everything that we need. We always enjoy hanging out on the spacious deck after a long day in the sun. We look forward to our next trip back to Green Reef #4!!

The property was just as described. Chris, the owner, did a fine job of assuring we arrived and had no issues and he will promptly return your text/call. The 3 decks all have a great view but get very hot, be sure to take the advise..wear flip flops!! If you get out there early, you may see the dolphins or manatee swim by as we did. The decks have plenty of seating to accommodate you. You are only steps away from your private beach area which is great! Just be sure to set up chairs and umbrellas early in the morning to prevent others from crowding your beach area. The house is very clean, which is the first thing I look for! Kitchen was well equipped with cookware and dishes as were the bathrooms with plenty of towels and wash clothes. I do recommend bringing your own laundry supplies, paper plates & cups, dishwashing pods, shampoo, soap, extra paper towels, and plenty of sunblock! Be careful, time to leave slips up on you before you know it! We had a wonderful experience and plan to return!!

This is our second time staying here and it has yet to disappoint! Everything about this house is spectacular. There was even a security guard on the beach so the private beach wouldn’t get crowded with people who aren’t aloud to be there!! Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent property. We will likely stay here next year as well. It is on a private beach, so you have much more space than other nearby beaches. Great location near restaurants and anything else needed. The owner was very accommodating and great to deal with.

Green Reef 4 is the perfect beach retreat for a relaxing getaway or a family vacation. The condo was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures online. The kitchen is stocked with the basic cooking essentials and dinner/flatware. There is also a coffee pot and a keurig. The fridge and pantry are left spotless for you to store your own food. The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels and linens, and the bed had plenty of fluffy pillows and blankets. The location is close to numerous restaurants and within walking and biking distance of a few. Also, the outlets shops are just a short drive if you have a rainy day and can’t hit the beach. We will definitely be back. The owner, Chris, was awesome. He was very nice and made sure we arrived with no trouble. He also was very responsive with any questions during our stay.

This place is absolutely amazing! The views are fantastic and the area is nice and clean! Being able to have a spacious place to stay is incredible, especially when multiple families are visiting. We loved our stay in Green Reef #4. The town home was clean and quaint. Very charming! The view is absolutely amazing, it's right on the beach. It's also very close to amazing restaurants and shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and enjoy our time in Destin. The worst part about our stay was having to leave. We will definitely be back!

We arrived on Saturday & we're under mandatory evacuation on Monday due to hurricane Michael. Although the the stay was shortened the communication prior to our arrival was great, the check in was easy, Chris Allison could not have been nicer & the condo was just as described we will definitely return next year & years to come. Our thoughts & prayers go out to everyone affected by hurricane Michael!

Chris was very helpful and available throughout our stay. The property was clean and ready when we arrived. The property was in a phenomenal location and the beach right at our doorstep. The kitchen was great with everything you would need to cook with. The outside decks were great. The property interior was a tad tired but not enough to keep us from coming back.

The house is beautiful, the beach is amazing. Chris was great to work with. It was the easiest check in i ever been to. The only negative thing I can say I wish we had an umbrella to sit on the deck, it gets very hot. And the grill Was very rusty. Overall I gave it a five star because everything else was wonderful.

Thanks Lisa! We arrived Sunday afternoon and I had no idea the grill was that rusty! I got a new grill and replaced it on Monday. I'm so sorry - if I had realized it was that bad I would have thought someone would have said something earlier. I'll look into an umbrella but the wind makes it really hard to keep one.

Fantastic rental that provides comfort, style and security right near all that you need for restaurants, stores, and fun. Includes the best up-close ocean views from 3 deck levels as well as walk out access to the beach. Chris is the perfect owner; fun, friendly and gave great suggestions to our out-of-town family. ResortQuest made check in and check out easy. We will be booking every year going forward and now consider Green Reef 4 as our other home :) Thanks Allison family for doing such a great job!!

My daughters and I had a wonderful trip while staying at Green Reef Unit 4 in March 2018. The townhouse was clean, beautifully decorated and just steps away from the beach. The ocean views and sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. The unit was conveniently located to so many venues and not near the hustle and bustle of the high rise condos. We loved having the various decks to enjoy every aspect of being at beach. It was so amazing to watch the dolphins play and being able to go to sleep at night while listening to the sound of the waves. The owner was terrific to work with and so helpful! Chris quickly answered all of my questions and gave us great suggestions for local restaurants. We had a great time!

We had a fabulous time. Traveling with two small kids is always a ton of work. The location and proximity to beach made this such an enjoyable vacation. The townhome is nicely decorated and has pretty much everything you need for a great vacation. Very spacious and comfortable with beautiful views!

The home was beautiful! With regard to the decor, no expense was spared. You are definitely getting what you pay for. The view was amazing. The security guard did a great job keeping outside guests off the private part of the beach. If you want to stay away from the craziness of all the tourist attractions and be on the beach this is your spot! The Allisons were fabulous and will ensure that you have a trip that is just as fabulous. My friends and I definitely look forward to coming back!

Green Reef # 4 is better than home. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the upper decks was incredible. Only way to start and end the day. The condo has everything anyone needs for a grand time. It was extra nice to have a private beach with a security guard. The owner and ResortQuest do all that is necessary to make sure everyone enjoys his/her vacation! Must return!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Green Reef #4. This was our third time staying at the Green Reef complex but our first time in #4. The property was wonderful. It was very spacious and had all the amenities of home including WIFI. We had 4 adults and 4 children and it never felt cramped. The views were awesome and the beach access is great. We really enjoyed the new deck and spent a lot of time on it visiting with neighbors from all over the country. The Owner contacted me by text on a couple of occasions just to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely like to rent this property again in the future and we would highly recommend it to others.

The property is just lovely! So beautifully decorated! The pictures are misleading. The property has so much more room than what it looks like in the pictures. We had 4 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room. We were so comfortable. It felt like home. Check in was so simple. The owner was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions(and there were a lot)in a timely manner and was very thorough. We plan on staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Location was perfect, private beach front property. House was up to date with beautiful decorations and a multitude of seating for all guests. The view and balconies were perfect for morning mimosas and evening cocktails. Owners were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We would absolutely return and use this rental again!

This is one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. Beautiful views, super clean, and a wonderful outdoor deck area to enjoy the sunset. There were five of us that went and there is plenty of room for more. This condo is located on scenic hwy 98 which gets you away from all the heavy traffic but you are still only 5 minutes away from everything destin has to offer. The private beach also makes it very nice. There is no rush to set you things up on the beach to reserve a spot. We will definitely be returning to destin and to this exact condo!

Can't beat watching dolphins from any of the 3 decks. The huge glass windows allows a view from the entire downstairs. Convenience to restaurants -- you can't beat. The townhome was nice and cozy and had everything we needed. Can't wait to return!

We loved staying at Green Reef #4. We were a little hesitant because of the previous reviews but the updates of the townhouse did not disappoint. The furnishings were decorated tastefully, the new deck was beautifully done and having the 3 decks to watch the dolphins and waves were lovely. The location is unbeatable. We walked or rode our bikes to several restaurants and little shops. Perfect location and nice place to stay. And Chris was very pleasant to work with and answer any questions we had promptly.

I have been coming to NW Florida for 48 years as a kid and then with my own family. Very clean, well furnished, all glass view of the gulf from the Master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and sitting rooms. Great deck and grilling area. Very short walk to the beach on a private beach. Soft, cozy bedding and an excellent A/C unit! The location is perfect. You can actually walk to the Crab Trap, Pompano Joes and others. Very short drive to Publix and the Commons. 2 space parking right in front of your condo...carry your baggage and groceries 12 feet to your front door. Great decks for the Masterbed room and the living room and the lower grilling areas. Book now!

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo! Location, location, location! We loved being right on the beach and the view is spectacular! The condo was clean and well stocked. We loved the gas grill and used it several times. This condo is located in a very nice area and is near several popular restaurants. The Resort Quest employees were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the condo and will stay there again!

This was our first time to stay at Green Reef . The condo was clean and roomy. The view was beautiful! You step out on your deck and onto the private beach . A grill is provided plus 2 very roomy decks with tables and chairs. We are looking forward to our next visit!

View was great. Beach was great. Plenty of places to eat. This unit at Green Reef was very nice but needs a few minor items taken care of to give it a top rating. Plenty of floor space inside with multi-level decks facing the beach. I would recommend this unit to others/family members. Will plan to return in the future. Folks in adjoining units were friendly. Staff members were helpful. We added an extra day to our stay as we enjoyed the area and the unit we stayed in.

This is a GREAT place to stay. The location is incredible; you can even walk to dinner at a very nice or also a very casual restaurant. Not only is the condo very elegant, it is also very comfortable. It is so close to the water that you can hear the waves at night - love it!

Aprill has done an amazing job with the decor. Her townhouse is very inviting from the moment you walk through the door. I have consistently rented her place over the years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend her townhouse.
