So comfy! We loved splitting our time between the boat and the cozy couch watching movies. The kitchen had everything, and it’s a close drive (or boat) to anything we could want. We had the best time.

Great place overall and we'd stay again. Having the boat dock was a nice bonus. The condo was very clean. Two heads-ups for the next renter. The fridge smelled like someone had been storing fish in it, and the freezer didn't work our first night. Management was quick to respond, so credit to them there. Also, the beach is a good walk from the unit. Fine if it's just you, less fun when you're toting a toddler plus all the beach day stuff. And be ready to hear about the trash pickup schedule. They'll remind you about three times a day. Would recommend, especially if you'll use the dock.

Great price, very clean and comfortable unit. Very responsive reply from host. We assumed it have access to the garage like the unit two doors down did last year so we was surprised when the host said if it had garage access it would have been advertised as so. Too many communications about trash pick up; tell me once maybe twice but no need to blow my phone up about trash pick and the trash truck didn’t empty the trash bins anyways.

This is the perfect place to bring your friends and family. We brought our boat down from Ohio, and were able to dock at the condo for easy daily access. The location is perfect for going to crab island and just to explore the area. Boat launch and trailer storage are very close by! Beautiful home and wonderful hosts!

Highly recommend! Perfect location right off the harbor. The boat slip was a huge plus, and the views were amazing. Everything was very clean, the neighbors were great, and it's just minutes from all the restaurants and Crab Island. Bortula’s was my personal favorite spot to eat! The only downside is there's no trailer parking on-site, but I highly recommend D&J Boat Storage for that.
