We really enjoyed the property in the location. The pools and grounds were immaculate and very clean as was our condo. However, one thing that we believe could be improved was Wi-Fi connectivity. It was unsecured, community-based and very weak. Plus our mobile service provider. T-Mobile often was with only one bar so we were finding it difficult to even look up dining options. This wasn’t clearly stated in the property description and if we would’ve known that, probably wouldn’t have stayed there.

Beautiful location and beautiful beach. Very quiet. We drove 10 mins down the road to the harbor where there was plenty to do. Also a Walmart 3 mins down the road for shopping or any last minute things that you forgot. Make sure to bring beach towels. We were there on off season and didn’t want to bring bath towels to the beach or pool. Overall wonderful place. Clean immaculate and modern design bedrooms were spacious and an amazing view.

The check in was not what I expected. I didn’t feel safe having to go to off site office for keys. The facility was good. However; the facility would really be great if you had screened doors so the doors could remain open at night.

Son, daughter-in-law, plus three year old grandson, our daughter and the two of us spent a fun few days at this 10th floor property. Very nicely appointed with plenty of space and amenities. Karen’s condo was amazing! So nice and had all of the needed amenities. The property and condo were very nice and felt very safe. The owner was extremely responsive and even touched base with us to ensure our visit was great. The parking spot in the garage was an awesome addition. Beach rentals on the private beach were flexible. We were able to bring our own chairs and just rent umbrellas, but the option for the full beach setup was there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Silver Beach towers and would definitely recommend it.

One of our best vacations! The condo, SeaScaping, was perfect in every way! Perfect beachfront location on the most beautiful beach ever! Our condo was all we had hoped for and more. Roomy 3 bedroom and baths to accommodate our family. The big balcony overlooked the ocean and the gorgeous double pool area. We could enter the balcony from the master bedroom and the living/dining area. Plenty of nice porch furniture too! Secure parking and entry was appreciated. Great location to shopping, good restaurants, etc .Our property manager Karen was the best....thank you Karen! She answered all our questions and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. Super well stocked kitchen with all we would need! Can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo and looking forward to returning. We were here for a wedding in Fort Walton and decided to stay in Destin. The view on the 10th floor was absolutely perfect — not too high but low enough to see it all. Nice and cozy condo. Karen even happily accommodated another night for us because we just didn’t want to leave! One thing we really liked was the privacy. You have to have a fob to get literally anywhere in this building, including the beach. As a new mama, that made me feel very safe knowing no strangers could venture in. Location was also perfect! Snack dab in the middle of all the good stuff east and west of US 98. Sad to be home! Will be back!

We had a very nice stay at this condo. The location is ideal, great pools, and the beach chair/umbrella service that was included made beach days much easier. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy and simple. The only thing I’d improve on would be the beds. They were pretty hard and uncomfortable. The host was very helpful and great at communicating before and during our stay.

Large TV great for watching sports. Condo is well equipped with abundant kitchen items. Views are amazing with floor to ceiling windows. Very accessible right off the elevator on the 10th floor. Covered garage parking. Lots of carts available for unloading. Location is walking distance to the Backporch and grocery shopping and liquor store are all in close proximity. Beds are firm which seems to be the case with most rentals. Two king bedrooms plus another split room with twin and queen. We would book this room again so I highly recommend booking Seascaping.

We had a great trip to Destin and this unit was perfect for our family. Karen was very responsive and reached out in advance to make sure we knew when we could make online reservations for the beach chairs. The master bedroom and bathroom were very large and had direct access to the balcony. The unit was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. There was also a storage location for sandy beach items on the main level that was made available to us which we took advantage of. Luggage carts were easy to find and the reserved covered parking was helpful. I would recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Myself, along with 5 other adult family members, stayed at this location for a week. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom (couples shared) and having that space was important! The condo was comfortable and the area is so beautiful and safe. The living room and kitchen, along with the dinning area, fit our needs and we never felt in each others way. The patio had great views and we got to sit each day and watch dolphins. The beach is one of the best, so clean and beautiful. When we come back, we would stay here again!

This place has THE best views and sounds of the ocean!! It was exactly what this momma wanted. We loved having our own little beach. The condo was perfect for the 5 of us. It was a great location!! We appreciated how close everything was, restaurants, shopping, adventure and yet we could go back to the condo where it was not right in the middle of all the tourism. For us, that was ideal. We met some wonderful people on the beach, had some incredible food and the condo felt like “home” for all of us.

If you’re a family with babies/kids or just adults, this condo has it all. For families, the set up includes Pack N Plays plus a craft table. Views of the Gulf are mesmerizing. Sit on the terrace to enjoy beverages and clouds changing color. Condo has every necessity. Beds are comfy. Everyone slept great. The owner makes everything easy and is very quick with communication. Great security and location. Will definitely return.

Our first opportunity to spend a vacation with the entire family including our grandchildren. We chose SeaScaping because we thought it would accommodate all of us and we certainly chose the right place. We are so glad that we chose SeaScaping. Karen (the owner) was very easy to reach, very responsive to questions, and has a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach. This was our first trip to Florida for me and my 3 daughters. This was the most beautiful condo I have ever stayed in for a family vacation. Karen (owner) had everything you could possibly need. Not to mention the view from the balcony...WOW!!

Best time ever for a relaxing vacation with my family. We couldn’t have expected a better place and time. Thank you Karen so much! Karen is the best and replied to my questions quickly. The location was absolutely the best. Morning coffee on the balcony looking out on the beautiful blue waters and watching dolphins swim by...breathtaking and relaxing. Everyone thought it was the best place we’ve stayed. Condo is perfect for 6 adults. Plenty of space. I couldn’t have asked for any better!!!

We loved our stay. I have no complaints. Having an assigned parking space is awesome... no driving around and long walks. The storage locker for beach toys/stuff is so helpful... just don't forget your stuff. The elevator was never crowded nor did we have long waits. There were wipes by the elevator. The beach setup was awesome. They spaced the setups 6 feet apart. I noticed neighboring buildings had the setups on top of each other. The unit itself is amazing. The views from the master and common areas are breathtaking. The decor is beautiful. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. There are a few games and smart TVs. Karen is awesome. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back.

We spent 4 days at the condo. The weather did not turn out as planned so we stayed inside a lot. The view was so beautiful, we didn’t mind. The condo was well equipped and if I needed to talk to Karen she was always available. I would definitely recommend this rental and hope I get the opportunity to visit again

Silver Beach Towers in Destin FL was an exceptional place. We were in the Sea Scaping Condo on the 10th floor and property manager Karen was amazing. Karen's emails were detailed, prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the communication process. The 3 bedroom condo was clean, decorated beautifully, and comfortable. (beds and furniture are of high quality) The beaches are fine sugary sand and the water is emerald with dolphins passing through daily. The view was breath taking. Charter Fishing (Nothing Matters) and Snorkeling Sailing (Captain Jambo) and Restaurant -The Harbor Tavern were our favorites besides the condo and beach. Definitely put this on your list of travels and do some research before you go. Karla J.
