This house was amazing! We had a group of 9, (4 adults and 5 young kids). The house was the perfect setup. Extremely clean, great part of destin, and an easy walk to the beach access. We loved every minute! The pool was also a nice thing to have at the end of every beach day and the fire bowl by the pool — ahhhh loved it so much. We were sad to leave!! Thank you for allowing us to rent your slice of paradise.

The house was excellent. Lots of room for the whole family to spread out. The patio is very nice, but the pool is small and therefore very warm even in May. The decks are a plus. The neighborhood is nice but not a lot of sidewalks for walking.

The house has everything you need but beach towels! It was awesome. One family with children upstairs, one family with children downstairs and grandparents on the main. Mitch was very well stocked. Golf cart a big plus! Would definitely stay again.

Our family had a great trip in this house! Our only drawbacks were we wished the pool was a bit larger for how many the house can hold. For family’s with small children, note that the kids bunk room is on the level of exterior exits to the pool, garage, and just a flight of stairs from the front door. Just something to be aware of but GREAT space, super nice and accessible owner and property manager, great neighborhood and we made the walk to the beach several times with many toddlers. It’s close and easy! Thanks!

So glad you enjoyed our home and the close, easy walk to the beach. We do have child safety locks on the exterior doors on the first level. They are at the top of the door and can be easily engaged by an adult. We also have a queen bedroom on the first floor so parents can stay near the bunk room. Additionally, we have twin extra long beds on the third floor as an alternative space for children. We appreciate your kind remarks and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

Enjoyed the large extra long pub table and 10 chairs. Glad we rented the 6 passenger golf cart. Easy to get to beach, coffee shop, and souvenir store. Pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn’t working so owner promptly refunded the fee.

Great house near a great beach! Very clean, updated, and comes with useful amenities. Make sure to pay the extra for the golf cart and to heat the pool. We had a problem with one of the exterior doors not locking and maintenance fixed it within 3 days. Overall good communication and would stay here again.

Great house with lots of room, amazing kitchen area. Fit all 8 of us but an extra refrigerator would have been useful. The pool is very small but refreshing. Definitely recommend renting the golf cart. Had a wonderful week 😀

Quiet street, great outdoor area and beautiful house. The golf cart is perfect to get to the beach and drive up the scenic road. The kids loved the pool and spent hours swimming. Lots of stores and restaurants to get to on the golf cart and grocery stores a short drive away. We had a wonderful time.

We had 9 people stay here, from ages 6 on up. It gave us plenty of room to relax. Golf cart was a great add on! A few issues came up but Sue and Cristina took care of them right away without inconveniencing us at all. The beach is only a few minutes away on the golf cart. The house has a ton of beach toys and fishing stuff, so no need to bring or buy your own!

My experience was perfect, everyone enjoyed it. The house was more than we expected. Kitchen is stocked for a chef. Location to beach is simple, chairs provided, everything we dreamed of .Beds was comfy. I hated to leave.

We had a great time at Sunny Treasure. It was my family of 4 plus in-laws (family of 3) it was great that we could each have our own floor of the house and own bathrooms. Paying for the golf cart and heating the pool was totally worth it. We loved the pool noodles, sand toys, and beach chairs/tent/wagon that was supplied. The owners were great at responding quickly with any questions we had. Pompino Joe’s had amazing food and was just a couple of blocks away. Having the beach chairs and umbrella set up daily for us was a great perk too! We loved spending the mornings or evenings at the beach and swimming in the pool in the afternoon when it was shaded :) If you want total privacy in the backyard this may not be for you as the neighbors can see in from their balconies - but we didn’t have any problems with the other renters.

Two families of five stayed at this property and there was tons of room to spread out! Walk to the beach was easy and when we had a few cooler/windy days we hung back and swam in the backyard pool. There is a fair amount going on beachside but the area near the house was calm and not rowdy at all. A perfect way to spend spring vacation with teenagers and tween children!

This was our first family getaway during COVID. The property was so clean and well put together. We had 3 different families staying in the same house and it was perfect! Everyone had their own space. We had 3 young kids and the smaller pool was perfect for them!

The property was super clean, well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, and had SO MUCH ROOM! We were down for a school related event and knew we'd have lots of visitors in and out. We were able to enjoy ourselves without being piled on top of one another. Great stay!

Overall we loved our stay! The property was beautiful and in a great location! Definitely worth paying extra to heat the pool and for the golf cart! The kitchen was well stocked as well with everything we needed for cooking. We did notice that when we got there, there was sand/gritty feeling on the ground...but it is a beach house. When I brought it to their attention, they were great about asking if we wanted someone to come out to clean it for us. My suggestions would be making sure that if you are traveling there with young children - bring your own childproof door locks as most of the rooms have direct access to either balconies or the pool. They do have a lock up high for the doors out to the pool, but they we had to call to get them put back together as apparently a piece was missing. Thankfully they were great about sending someone out that night. My suggestion to the property owners would be to make sure there is a door alarm or better lock on the sliding door in the living room since this also has direct access to the pool. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but when there is a pool and little kiddos, I like many safety buffers. We moved the couch to block the sliding door, so between that, and the childproof door handles that we got on a quick target run when we got there - we made it work! And everything else was wonderful! Would definitely still recommend or return. Miramar beach was amazingly beautiful! Thanks!!

This was the perfect house for our entire family! Having the golf cart was great for the short ride to the beach. We had the best time and didn’t want to leave. We didn’t get to do some of the normal things we like to on vacation due to COVID-19 but we made the most of it. Everything we needed was at the house.

I cannot day enough good things about our experience here. The house was just perfect for our family of 8. The location was great and the golf cart was a super fun addition to our beach adventures. The house had absolutely everything we needed for the week, check in and check out were seamless - we were even able to check in early so the toddler could take his nap (thank you so much!). We had such a fabulous time and we hope to be back!

We loved the home, it was clean and there was lots of space for the entire family. The beach was a 3 minute ride away on the golf cart and the chair service was a nice feature. The pool was great as we hung out there every day after the beach and we used the back yard to play cards in the evening. Finally Sue is a great host and was very helpful as we planned the stay.

This was a great property for our family! It was great to have 2 sets of washer/dryer since there were 14 of us. It was a short walk to the beach or taking the bikes was a great option! The only downside to our stay was that we had rented the golf cart but it had been in an “accident” the week before our stay and was not available. This was no fault of the owner or Scott (golf cart guy), who was great at communications and even trying to help us find another one. All in all it really wasn’t a big deal we just loaded our stuff in our truck and left it there for the week. We have been vacations on the gulf for over 15 years and this was one of 2 times we have not stayed right on the beach. We really miss being right on the beach but as far as convenience this was still a great property. Would recommend for convenience, value and a great setup for families.

Sunny Treasure is a great vacation house. The house was clean and plenty of start up supplies. All appliances and kitchen supplies were clean with plenty of plates, cups and utensils. Nice selection of pots and pans for cooking. Nice grill with grill utensils. Plenty of beach supplies--chairs, wagon, cooler, and sand toys. Bikes are nice and useful to go to the store. The pool area is nice with plenty of seating.

We have a wonderful experience at Sunny Treasure. The house was very clean, kitchen was fully stocked and the garage had tons of beach toys. We also rented the golf cart, which was very easy and super convenient for getting everything to the beach and running quick errands. House is a very short walk, maybe 5 mins, to the beach and located close to everything you need. We took the golf cart pretty much everywhere we needed to go and were able to get there within 5 minutes. We also used the bikes to grab coffee down the street in the morning. Will definitely return and recommend!

We truly enjoyed this house for our family vacation. Well furnished with plenty of everything to accommodate all of us, glasses, silverware, dishes, etc....and we all could sit together to eat. We haad 2 families for week in August. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had lots of space for the 10 of us. We used the golf cart and it was a quick drive or short walk to the beach. We ended up at the pool having drinks most every day after the beach. Panama Joe's is right at the end of the road and there are lots of other restaurants close by. Sue was easy to deal with and quick to respond to our questions. We will be back next year.

Wow, what an amazing house! This place had it all and was just a golf cart ride, bike or short walk to the beach. Perfectly decorated, clean and fully stocked, we were so comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone throughout the house and we enjoyed meals and games together around the large kitchen table. It was so nice to come home and have the backyard, pool, and barbecue to enjoy the perfect weather. The owner was accommodating, helpful and so easy to work with. I just wish it was my home.. but since it's not, we'll be back!

My friends and my family stayed here 2 weeks ago and we had a blast! We had a great spring break in this fabulous "home away from home". Everything we expected and needed were here. We are 4 families and with 5 rooms available, the bunk room served as an extra room for the boys. Having bathrooms for each family are also a plus. We loved the open concept of the kitchen and family room. It made our dining and family bonding enjoyable. The pool although small, made a great addition to this property. We love that it can be heated for a small fee. 2 washers, 2 dryers?- very thoughtful of the owners! Sue is very kind. She provides the answers to all my questions in a timely manner. Thank you, Sue, for recommending to rent the golf cart from Scott. He is very detailed and helpful. We enjoyed having the convenience of going back and forth to the beach and groceries in style :) I recommend this place to anyone who seek fun, sun, and relaxation all at the same time. Rented the house for a family vacation with my children and grandchildren. Very spacious and could easily accommodate all of us. Not far from a beautiful sand beach , located on a very quiet street and you can easily walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The six person golf cart made it easy to get to the beach,restaurants and grocery stores. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The house was very clean and well decorated and the large kitchen is very well equipped.They have bicycles and lots of sand toys . Had wonderful vacation there and will definitely return.

There were 10 of us (2 10-year olds, 2 15-year olds, assorted adults). Plenty of space to move around. Very large kitchen area. Boys loved their room with bunk beds and games. They dubbed it their "cave". All bedrooms are large with plenty of closet space. TV's in all bedrooms and den. Hook up for 6-seat golf cart in 2-car garage. 3 bikes. Plenty of beach toys, etc. Large public beach about 6 blocks away, near Pompano Joe's. Renting a cart makes it easy to get to the beach. We all had a great time due in part to these great facilities.

There is also a beach access point only 2 blocks away (5 min walk) in addition to several others along this long stretch of public beach with parking.

Just got back from a week at the beach and had a great time. This house is beautiful and is really nicely decorated. Our families were there with teenage kids and there was lots of room for everyone. The golf cart was great and we used it everyday for trips to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. I love the beach in this area and really liked having dinner at Pompano Joe's which is right on the beach. The owner was super easy to work with and we will definitely be coming back.

This house is beautiful! It was new and nicely decorated with all of the amenities. We had 3 families and there was lots of space for everyone. The kids enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach and played Xbox during down time. The beach is about a 5 minute walk down the road and the chair service at the beach was a nice touch. The beach area is great with a wide beach, has a restaurant right there, and clean public restrooms (Which was great with our young children). Sue, the owner, was great to deal with and always got back to us quickly. We are already planning our return visit for next year!

The beach is fantastic in the area. It is a large beach with parking and public bathrooms. It is also not crowded as there are no ocean front condos blocking your access. A wonderful place to hang out.

My family just returned from a wonderful stay at Sunny Treasures beach house. This new construction 5 bedroom home had it all: easy access to the beach (5 minute walk or 3 minute car ride), luxurious bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, gorgeous great room, tons of space for multiple families, and private patio with small soaking pool. The owners provided bikes, a wagon to take to the beach, and extra beach chairs making it so easy to enjoy a family beach vacation! I look forward to my trip next year.
