Destin on the Gulf 707

The views from the unit were amazing!! Exactly what we were looking for. The unit is spacious and generally well kept, especially for a beach front property. The salt water causes rust on metal and fixtures in the unit (like shower rod, railings, etc) which is to be expected and there was some rust but not bad considering the environment. While generally clean, there was significant dust on the furniture in the bed rooms and the floor of the closet. When I picked up my suit as from the floor, there was lots of dust on the bottom. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes but it would be nice if there were basic condiments like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. Communication was generally good and check-in and out was very simple. The location directly on the beach was perfect! The dock was damaged (presumably from Hurricane Isaias that just hit last week) but you could step over the damaged areas. Overall, very much enjoyed the stay and would book this unit again.

Corner condo with great gulf views from living/dining room, master suite and balcony. Kitchen had all the basic utensils for simple meals. Easy beach access. Walkable to Noriego Point to catch water taxi to harbor walk area. Very classic and tasteful decor; not over-the-top “beach vibes”. Would recommend & rent again.

This condo was more than we could’ve dreamed! Top floor corner unit has a panoramic view of the private beach - breathtaking! We watched the sunrise and dolphins from the patio. The beach access couldn’t have been easier and the chair service was perfect. The condo itself has everything you could need (fully stocked kitchen) and was decorated beautifully. We will definitely be back to this specific unit!
