Very clean condo with efficient floor plan. Having a washer/dryer was a big plus as well. Great access to the pool and the beach.would stay here again for sure

Ideal for a couple, great location in the middle of 30A. Very clean, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Parking spot was great, having a rental car was perfect to go in and out and explore everything nearby. Bike and golf cart rental are right across the road and easy to get to. We’d love to come back again in the future!

Plenty of towels. Well furnished kitchen. Large ice maker in the frig. Host very responsive. Short walk to the beach. There is a vendor on the beach for renting chairs and umbrellas.

Was the perfect place for my husband and I. We both are disabled and it was in walking distance to beach. Our place was very clean and relaxing. Only issue was the parking for golfcart.Was told it was for Dune Villas only !! They left us a Note on golf cart....We was staying in Dune Villa told us we needed a parking pass. No pass was issued. I even ask clearly about parking

We stayed here for our baby moon! Being over 8 months pregnant and not wanting to walk for awhile to get to the beach, this location was absolutely perfect. Not only did it have private beach access, but all you had to do was go down a flight of stairs. Location is a very short drive into Seaside, and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Very close to Prema organic Cafe which we enjoyed! Place was spotless, and I really appreciated the fact that the bedding and towels were not washed in scented detergents, and the swimming pool did not smell like chlorine. All things we take notice of when renting a place. would definitely come back to the Dune Villas.

Beautiful pool-front, clean condo in a well-maintained community. 50 steps from the beach. Quiet stretch of Seagrove Beach with mostly families and small kids. My children made several friends in the complex, and they all played together both in pool and on beach. Other tenants and owners were so nice and fun to hang out with. We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking, but you have to bring your own coffee, filters, oil and seasoning. No beach toys, chairs/umbrellas provided. Bring your own.

We loved our stay. The condo was very clean and had a sufficiently stocked kitchen (dishes, silverware, glasses, etc). We especially loved the quick private access to the beach. Other condos around us had crowded beaches but ours was not nearly as crowded. We will def be back.

My family had a wonderful time staying here. The listing was accurate. It was 2 min walk from the condo to the Beach. Bike path allowed for a quick bike ride to Seaside.
