Enjoy pool views from the kitchen, dining and main living area plus the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have been renovated in December 2024. BeachCrest 101 offers the best of both worlds -- pool days and beach days. Walk out the back patio and you're at the pool. Easily head back to your unit for snacks or bathroom breaks. Pool was right out our back door.....I am a super host for AIRBNB....the place was very clean. If your looking for a view of the beach you wouldn't get it here ( Dunes are in the way). but a short walk. Great place overall.

I’ve stayed in plenty of Air Bnbs and this is the first where I would absolutely stay again! The location within the complex was perfect. Being able to walk out our back door to the pool, and then just down a few flights of stairs to the beach was perfect for our family. Clean! Just enough space! Close to Seaside! Had everything that we needed! The biggest negative is that several of the electrical outlets did not work which posed a problem for our family and even “fried” and broke our baby’s sound machine!

Overall, this was a great place to vacation with our family for the weekend. It was clean and tidy. The unit is located on ground floor right by the pool such that there is somewhat less privacy, however, the ease of access to the beach more than made up for it. Checkin and checkout was super easy and ECVR was courteous, friendly, and responsive. Was actually able to check in a little early. Would definitely recommend this.

We loved our stay. Very convenient! You walk directly out of patio on to pool and through one gate to beach access. We loved the dedicated lawn area with gas grills which were easy to access and clean. The condo was very clean, comfortable with plenty of bedding, all as shown in the pictures. We lost power one morning and before I could even pack for the beach, a truck was there working on it and the agency was quick to respond to our notification. We will definitely come back.

Great location and access to the pool/beach for young families with napping children. Room was stocked with plenty of essentials to get through the first couple of days our stay. ECVR’s automated messaging made for a quick and seamless check in/check out. We had no issues during our stay, but a number was provided to talk to a representative.
