Incredible place! We loved the walkability to beach access. The neighborhood is so cute - quintessential small beach town vibes. The house was clean, and newly remodeled/updated. Super easy bike ride to the shops at Gulf Place. Best place on 30A if you want to stay away from the crowds at Seaside.

We had a wonderful stay! House was beautiful and clean. The house and neighborhood were pretty quiet when we were there. Neighborhood is gated with a code required to enter. There are only 30 or so houses in the neighborhood and they were all so pretty with beautiful landscaping. The main floor had one of the bedrooms (king bed) and bathroom. The other two bedrooms were on the second floor with their own attached bathrooms and each had their own balcony. The upstairs bedrooms had nice chargers with outlets, USB and C on the nightstands, but the one downstairs did not. The third floor has one small room with a loveseat and windows all around. It also has a deck with amazing views of the area and gulf. We really enjoyed all the decks, but be aware there are quite a few stairs up to the top of the house (about 45).House was well stocked with bath towels, dishes, paper towels and toilet paper. Each bathroom had sample sized shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. Kitchen had dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Laundry had one packet of detergent too. There was at least one hairdryer.The neighborhood has a community pool that is just two doors down from this house. Pool was good sized, but I don't think it's heated so was a little chilly for March. House does not have pool towels, so be sure to bring your own. The beach was a short walk (maybe 5 minutes) and the square with shops and restaurants was about a half mile walk. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely return.

The location and the view were priceless. The neighbors were very helpful and friendly. There was not enough trash bags to take out the trash, the trash bags were all small, not enough dishwasher/dish detergent to clean the rental upon leaving. We were no condiments. The internet service was awful. My suggestion is to provide enough supplies to clean the dishes and take out the trash especially when the expectation is for your guest to clean the rental upon departure. Please provide the necessities for your guest and make sure the Internet service is working properly. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home! The rooftop deck and the wrap-around porches on every level made it feel like a true retreat. It’s located in a charming, quiet neighborhood with a community pool just steps away—right across the street. The beach was an easy 8-minute walk, which made daily trips a breeze. We did run into a couple of hiccups when we arrived—the fridge wasn’t cold right away and the WiFi wasn’t working—but the rental company was very responsive. They walked us through some initial steps and, when the WiFi still didn’t cooperate, a rental agent came by the next day and got everything squared away with the cable company. Despite that small issue, we absolutely loved our stay. We’ve already shared the listing with two friends and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway. We’re already hoping to come back again soon!

The home was gorgeous! We especially enjoyed spending time on the rooftop deck. Wonderful shower pressure which is always appreciated. A few things to make note of if you stay, there isn’t a keurig so we purchased one to make life easier for us. The beds on the second floor aren’t the most comfortable and the guest bedroom bed squeaks as you move during the night. There isn’t enough living room seating for 8 to watch a movie and the WiFi can be super spotty. We ended up going to a relatives house to finish our movie. The beach is walkable, but bring your own beach gear, as the chairs at the house are pretty beat up. Again, spotless, gorgeous home, and we enjoyed our time together.
