Great location, would stay again — a few small fixes needed The view was stunning and the property itself was lovely. Really enjoyed the space. A couple of easy improvements for the host: please stock more soap and towels, and leave out extra trash bags. These are basic necessities that shouldn't run short during a stay. Overall a great stay, just needs those small restocking fixes to be perfect.

This visit to the emerald coast was so incredible! This unit is so full of light & comfort. The views were stunning from the bed room & balcony. The furniture was comfortable and the double shower in the master bedroom was incredible for getting my kiddos clean after some pool & beach time. This trip was so wonderful that it had my husband and I actually considering purchasing a condo at Leeward Keys! It’s not in the stars for now, so until then we cannot wait for our next visit!

the only suggestion i have is the building need a ramp going into the beach for carts with wheels. was very difficult to transport back and forth.

We have been to the beaches in this area and stayed at various airbnb properties several times before. This was definitely the best experience so far. Amazing location with a great views of the beach, a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Condo itself is very pretty.

We enjoyed having the option of two different pools, the kitchen had everything and more that we needed, and the entire condo was so clean and smelled so fresh! The view was one of the best, and I loved that anytime coming back we could easily spot the building as it is the tallest in the area!! We will definitely be back next spring break!

Great location, views from living and bedroom. Feels like Gulf at your doorstep. Wouldn’t think twice to book again. Only caveat is that GPS takes you through a private society Emerald shores in the end. Should use Highway 98 to enter Leeward key instead emerald coast parkway. This direction can be added to the description.

Leeward Key 1106 always has amazing views and quick access to the beach! We got a great deal this fall. I noticed the very clean breezeways this trip! The furniture is showing some wear especially the throw pillows. I always bring a king size blanket to cover furniture with so this didn’t affect our stay. No strange smells or fragrances. Everything else was VERY clean.

The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous and plenty spacious for our family of 6 and our balcony beach views were stunning. We 10/10 plan on staying here for our next family beach trip.

We loved our unit, especially the balcony - amazing views! Unit has everything you need. My only suggestion would be to replace queen bed in the master bedroom with the king. Private beach with a pool is a great bonus. This is our second stay at Leewards Key and we definitely will be back. Thank you!
