Welcome to Inlet Reef 215, a beautifully upgraded two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the second floor of a coveted complex on Holiday Isle in Destin. This unit boasts breathtaking views of the Gulf, Destin Pass, and the sugar-white beaches, perfectly enjoyed from the spacious private balcony with dining furniture and a wet bar.

This condo sleeps up to eight guests with two king beds, a full murphy bed in the sitting / laundry room, and a full sleeper sofa in the living area. The upscale kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and stylish cabinetry. The main bedroom offers an additional private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is adjacent to a second bathroom with a granite vanity and shower/tub combo. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer tucked in the hallway.

This is a nice older property. Very appropriate for us to NOT be in a hotel situation, with a 2 year old. The people at the property management WERE AWESOME and got us in a couple of hours early, which really helped, to say the least. We would rent this unit again for sure!

Relaxing getaway!
Firstly, I’d like to thank the property owners for a wonderful week. The condo was beautiful and clean. The balcony served as a great setting for evening dinners with an ocean breeze. It’s a very short distance from the front door to the sand. I was informed towards the end of the week that the condo was available for an additional night, and quickly took them up on the offer. The location was great and offered a short drive to many restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

A beautiful DESTINation
The condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and it was closer to the amazing beach than it appeared in the pictures. As seniors, we also appreciated the fact that the condo utilized cable/satellite services rather than relying on streaming services which we are not familiar with. We would definitely rent this condo again and highly recommend it to others. This was also our first time in the Destin area and the beaches and water clarity were the best we have ever seen.

stayed at Inlet Reef 215. Positives: The building was on the beach. our unit was not directly facing the ocean but we're able to see the ocean from the balcony.unit size was perfect for 7 people.The kitchen has everything we needed. The linens are very clean.The pool was heated and very comfortable to swim in. It opens very early and closes at 10pm. parking was never an issue. We were provided with 2 chairs and an umbrella that they set up every morning. Surf fishing is allowed.The fish in the area are huge. We caught 3 pompanos that is over a foot and 1 Jack Crevalle that is almost 2 ft. The beach is beautiful, always emerald green. very close to Norriego point if you like snorkeling and likes to be upclose with wildlife.stores are everywhere. Walmart was not far and has everything we needed. Negatives: the unit smells musty when we first arrived. seemed like it was never used for a long time. Balcony was dusty. carpet needs to be shampooed. Otherwise,I will still highly recommend
