Perfect waterfront getaway for families and pets! We had an amazing stay! Bringing our watercraft was a huge plus, as the property offers quick and easy access to Crab Island and the harbor restaurants. The on-site amenities are great. On days we stayed put, the outdoor entertainment kept everyone busy, from swimming in the pool and playing pool or corn-hole to fishing and we brought our own paddle boards. It is incredibly pet-friendly, and our dogs loved it just as much as we did. Host communication was top-notch; a couple of small issues were reported at the end of our stay!

Amazing property! We were a group of 6 for Springbreak and the house was more than ample. Pool table was a huge hit, fishing off the dock, we even rented a pontoon for 3 days as we could dock it at the house and use as we wanted. The house is close to just about everything, shopping, restaurants, etc. We ended up renting a water taxi to avoid parking issues and it was a fun experience. Highly recommend this house and will definitely stay again in the future.

Canal view and pool was awesome! House was great and very nicely decorated, perfect for our group. Location is super central to Destin easy reach of Ft Walton and the airport. Our little dogs also enjoyed it very much, they enjoyed sleeping in the sun on the deck! Parking was more than enough and neighborhood is extremely nice. Beach was within easy walking distance although definitely needed to shuttle people and stuff as parking at the beach is non-existent at least in the private beach entry areas. Overall home and property were outstanding definitely would stay again!!

Our stay was perfect! It fit our entire family and friends so comfortably. The pool and pool deck was large and allowed us all to either be together or spread out to enjoy the outdoors. The dock was amazing for fishing. The porch upstairs was just heaven. I sat out there every morning with my coffee and book while waiting for everyone to wake up. The kitchen was spacious and we could all gather around the island or sit at the dining room table and eat together. The pool table was a HUGE bonus. Our children played on it the entire time we were in the house. The beach is such a short walk. They even had a beach wagon! My only complaints would be the WiFi and the pans. The WiFi was terrible! Not sure if it was the home or just the area. The pans have had a lot of use and could definitely be replaced. I feel like we have that issue in every rental we stay at though. All in all, we will be back and rent this home again.

This Destin beach house exceeded every expectation and was absolutely perfect for our family of 10 adults and 6 kids. The home is spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The beach access is unbeatable, and the stunning views made every morning and sunset feel special. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying time together in such a gorgeous setting made this trip unforgettable. Palm Breeze is a great house in a nice neighborhood! Unfortunately, it was in the upper 55 - 60 degrees most of our stay so we weren't able to use the pool, which does not have a heater. However, it was still wonderful to be out on the deck and dock area. The walk to the beach is easy and for warmer seasons there is a nice wagon to load up with your beach items. There is an Italian restaurant, Mimmo's, about 2 miles from the house -- go!!! We hope to be able to stay at the house another time when it is much warmer!

Let's start with check in. When we showed up at the house early just to drop off our luggage on the back deck (as ECVR said we could at our own risk), we were planning on going out for lunch until we could check in. The House Inspector, Georgia, happened to be there and was just finishing up. She told us to sit tight, finished her inspection, called management and got us in early (unexpectedly). She was a peach! Super nice! As for the house, VERY SPACIOUS! We had 9 of us (All Adults) Our group loves to cook, and Large Kitchen area didn't disappoint. Along with all the stocked equipment to use to cook. Thankfully for the 2 fridges. Upstairs kitchen fridge used for food. Downstairs fridge/bar area used for our beverages. Moving on to the backyard. A beautiful LARGE inground pool. Lots a seating areas. Also being on the canal, there is an expansive wide open deck area for fishing. (Make sure to buy your Florida fishing license) I could go on about the house but I'm out of space!

We had the best weather for our Spring Break trip but still wasn’t warm enough in March for the pool - which we figured it wouldn't be. This house is AMAZING!Pros:Outside Areas - decks, kayaks, fire pit/beach Area.Spacious - the living accommodations are great! Space for everyone.Activities - pool table, shuffle board, corn hole boards, quick walk to the beach, fishing off the dock, laying by the pool, etc. Something for everyone!Necessities - beds are comfortable & hot water for everyone in the showers! Kitchen has everything you need. Ice Maker MY FAVORITE! Washer & dryer. Everyone having their own bathroom.Location - great neighborhood & close to everything.Check-Out - first time EVER it wasn't required to do some kind of housekeeping before leaving (only start dishwasher). LOVE THIS!Cons:If you can't do stairs, you won't be able to enjoy the upstairs living area, single bedrooms, upper deck or kitchen.Not really a con, but buy your own Toilet Paper, Paper Towels & Detergent.

We enjoyed our stay, suited our needs! The pool was just right. We rented a pontoon and easily docked. I did bring firewood thinking there was a fire pit, and there is one, but be aware it is propane. Looking at the pictures, I didn't observe it being propane at the time, I thought the propane was for the grill, which turned out to be a charcoal grill. I was reluctant to choose this place because of the queen bed downstairs. If it had of been a King bed, my decision would have been a lot easier. That room however is quite large and the couple that stayed in it had no complaints. There are some cosmetics that are needed for look, but would easily rent this again. 10 minutes to everything we wanted!

We loved staying in this home (Jul 19-23) and everything was great except one small thing, the dishes (pots/pyrex etc) were dirty. It seemed we had to washed anything we needed. It is not a big deal because we are used to giving it a quick rinse before using. However pots and pan had food scraps like they were never initially washed. There were no extra trash bags so need to take some. The other thing is that if you are brining a boat, there was only one cleat to tight up the boat, not very helpful. But we improvised... The room downstairs was a big hit for our teenagers, they spent hours playing pool and shuffle board. Overall great location and love the simple amenities like having the little beach, fireplace, cornhole, comfortable outdoor furniture. The wet bar in the living area/kitchen was wonderful to have for extra kitchen space. Beautifully done! The outdoor fans on the pool deck area did not work either. I called the property manager to ask if i had not found the right switch but he said he did not know and was going to send maintenance. They never came. The weather was nearly 100 degrees so we really wanted the outdoor fans but a sporadic breeze runs some and it helped. Overall it was a great vacation, 20min ride by boat to crab island which was where we wanted to spend our time. It was all well worth it!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Loved this house. We were a group of 11 women and there was plenty of sleeping for everyone. Very roomy and the pool was amazing. We spent most of our time outside because it as amazing, the seating was perfect, the firepit came in real handy because the weather was a little cool at night. Absolutely loved everything and are already planning a return to this house, it just had everything we needed.

This property was perfect for our combined family vacation of 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 5-13) to ring in the new year. So much to do at the house, shuffleboard, darts, Cornhole, pool, all the bowl games and the house set up was spacious. Gas fire pit outdoors and lots of enjoyable deck space. It was so amazing Every sleeping space had their own private bathrooms, which we loved. Being right on the canal allowed us to fish and kayak easily. Easy walk to the white sand beach. We had a couple minor maintenance issues while there and let the property manager know. Good communication. Our only downside was there was construction going on right next door (unavoidable or uncontrolled by the owners) --so every day from about 730am to 530pm there was hammering/construction noise while outside. We didn't care a whole lot because the place was paradise otherwise. My only improvement would be to suggest a pool heater. We couldn't use the pool because it was way too cold the last week of December. But we knew that we were taking a gamble renting without a heater this time of year. Take the trip!

This house was perfect, the location, the size and we loved the canal and the pool. I recommend it to everyone. The beach was not far at all. It was a 7 minute walk for me my kids got there quicker lol

Within 5 minutes to character and head boats. Short walk to the beach. Amusement and shopping close by. Could just stay at the home and relax by the pool and dock. Wish there was a community rest room and the second level deck went into the pool area instead of the driveway those are just little things that didn’t detract from our stay. The fishing was great, my grandson was able to catch fish in the canal using a kayak. Great time thank you

Such a great house!! We had a blast - tons of things to do - pool, paddle boards, pool table etc! The beach was amazing and close by! The house was everything we wanted and more!!

We drove in from Chicago with all of our kids early 20's and grandkids, 10 total, we were amazed at the neighborhood, the house looks small on the outside but laid out perfectly on the inside. The back patio was huge and beautiful!! It was fully fully furnished with everything you could ever want. Just wish it had a hot tub cuz we went in March and it was to cold for the pool. My boys fished off the dock all day everyday. The game area was used every night tho and it was downstairs so when the hubby and I wanted to sleep we left the kids down there and didn't hear anything in our room upstairs. Kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes, nice and big, only thing we didn't like was there was no salt, pepper, sugar... like basic condiments. Kind of a hassle to remember to buy that stuff. But I will definitely book this house again if we go back!!

Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. The coffee bar/drink area was a great addition. All the outdoor space had lots of seating and was super enjoyable. Plenty of towels for each bathroom and kitchen well stocked with all needs (bring your own garbage bags and dishwasher tabs). There were some fixes needed. During the second day of our stay in rained really hard and the ceiling in the living room leaked. Calling property management immediately they said one could come out until the next day (mon). No one ever came. Thankfully the ceiling did not leak again during our stay. Pool cues were missing tips, dart board only had one working dart, downstairs common TV we could never turn on. Overall it was the perfect space for our family of 7, even with the few drawbacks.

The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The backyard and outdoor space is absolutely amazing. Loved that every room had an ensuite. The only thing that could make it better is a heated pool and on demand hot water heater so we didn’t run out of hot water. Our family throughly enjoyed this property.

We have visited the Destin area for the past 6 years. We really enjoy the area and the rental homes have not disappointed. This property was nice being that it had a family environment with all the games it had(Shuffle board, Darts, Pool Table, Corn Hole, and the pool). The Deck is very spacious. All in all it was a great place, and the house set up was nice too

The house was amazing and the communication was very quick if I needed anything. The pool is great for kids and they even have kayaks to enjoy. Crab island was amazing!! Neighbors were fantastic as well. Great house!!!

This place is better than shown. We had 12 of us and it was definitely had enough space. The location was awesome. An easy Uber ride to any restaurant or bar & the walk to the beach was pretty easy. I'd suggest bringing some roller coolers if you do want to walk to the beach. Can't beat sitting out by the fire at night have plenty of space and seating around the pit. Loved taking one of the 4 kayaks out to cruise around the isles. The whole neighborhood has some beautiful, & massive homes. It's great for a relaxed group, but even better for a game playing group. plenty of room on the pool deck to play cornhole or most yard games. Also, the pool table and shuffle board were nice to have for indoor times.

This home in awesome...loved the games and the place was so clean. Great decks to hang out while people are in the pool or kayaks for the canal lots to do. About a 10 minute walk to the private beach, wagon provided to haul all the sand toys and towels. Would stay again.

We loved staying at this house. Plenty of space, billiards, shuffleboard table, nice pool, kayaks and canal front. The open concept kitchen and wine bar are fantastic for fine cooking. Beach is an easy close walk!

The Palm Breeze was in the perfect location for my group of 11 girlfriends to explore Destin for the weekend! We went jet skiing, rented a pontoon boat, and had a delicious dinner on the marina. All activities were within 10 minutes from the house. The house looks even better in person than what the pictures show and we had more than enough space to relax comfortably.

We were a group of 4 couples and this was a great house and a great location. I would consider 3 of the bedrooms masters and the 4th room was full size bunk beds with a very small bathroom. My husband and I actually offered to take the bunk room and though it wasn’t as “luxurious” as a master, it was plenty roomy and very comfortable. The house had wonderful amenities such as: wine fridge, extra fridge in “game room”, coffee bar, a downstairs “bar” area, fully stocked kitchen (stocked better than any other rental I’ve been to), several large flat screen TV’s, pool table, shuffleboard table, and a pool with a clean, very nice deck with really nice pool/patio furniture. The beach was a little bit of a walk (about 10 min) but it was a very easy walk. The canal was nice and quiet with very little boat traffic but so convenient to the harbor. We had a water taxi pick us up and boat us 12 minutes to the harbor boardwalk. I messaged the owner several times about various things and I always got quick responses. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

We fell in love with this house upon arrival. So beautifully decorated, clean and smelled wonderful. They had anything you could need as far as pool toys, beach equipment, entertaining, dining, you name it. First place we’ve stayed that had ALL THE THINGS! The location is great! Close to lots of resterants via water taxi, close to restaurants and stores, and the beach access was great! We love it, and definitely will be back soon!

Our first stay in Destin was incredible thanks to this gorgeous house that had a beautiful view, comfy beds, and plenty to do! The only difficult thing was that there were no cleaning supplies, kitchen basics (olive oil, salt + pepper, etc) and limited very limited paper towels and toilet paper so come prepared with a long grocery list if you plan to do any cooking during your stay. They did warn us about this the day before in our confirmation email and this in no way negatively affected our stay, just something to be aware of when booking! The walk to the private beach was short and simple and the rental company was responsive quickly if we needed anything, they even brought us a basketball to use during our stay. We loved our first Destin vacation and will definitely be back!

This house is amazing! The rooms are large and spacious and each room has its own bathroom and shower, including the kids bunk room. The kitchen is nicely stocked with a great set of pots and pans and cooking utensils. The inlet is great for fishing or kayaking or boating and the beach is a nice easy walk away. The pool is nicely landscaped and the fire pit was a great place to relax after a full day. The outside shower was nice after the beach, and the lights on the patio were nice for sitting late into the night talking.
