My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary here. Destin has always been a special place for us. This property over exceeded my expectations and we will definitely be coming back. We had a great view, private beach access, no noisy neighbors. Very peaceful, clean and overall perfect!

could be more transparent with use of private beach access like location and more information of laundry facilities price others I've been to were free and and have to get an app and prepaid for dryer use quite a few stains on living room furniture covers overall not a deal breaker

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay the location and views were beautiful. Pool was nice and having those views of harbor was wonderful. The one thing the unit was missing was a hair dryer? Wondering if someone took it? Also, it would have been really nice to coffee essentials creamers etc. I know it’s an extra cost but it really starts my day off right to have it. I would recommend it again.

Beautiful place had a plumbing leak during our stay they needed in our room 4 different times. Very professional people they got it fixed and were very apologetic. We totally understood that these things happen. All in all an amazing location and property. Thank you

The property was clean with a very nice view of the harbor. The property is very close to a lot of the amenities. For a family of 4 we had more than enough towels for our stay. We will definitely book this property again the next time we come to Destin.

Traveled to this same condominium complex as a young adult. Nice to experience it with family now 20yrs later. Was just as I remembered, except more traffic on hwy 98. Seems alot of people have learned of this great spot since then.

We had a great experience while staying at Dolphin Point 502B. Property amenities were great. We loved having close access to the pool, Harbor, and beach access. The walk to the beach is definitely more then 5 mins more like 10-15 from the unit. I would highly recommend the owner get a dust pan and swifter pads so the floors can be properly cleaned throughout the week and a bottle of glass cleaner so the windows can be wiped down. We will definitely be back. The unit is gorgeous and was very nice to come back to after a day at the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us to make unforgettable memories with our children.

It was great!! We LOVED the atmosphere of the apartment and the location was so wonderful. The access to the pool and the beach was fantastic! The only thing we had difficulty with was figuring out how to use the air conditioner to change the temperature inside the apartment. Overall, we are looking forward to our next stay and hope to book here again!

this location checked the box for everything we were looking for. close to some pretty good restaurants, short walk to the beach, it wasn't too rowdy in the evening time. We enjoyed ourselves here and think you will too.

This place was AWESOME!!!!!! My boyfriend and i took a many vacation, i found this gem on Airbnb website. This place was not only super clean but stylish, an roomy. Its in the perfect area we didn’t have to drive far for anything everything you may possibly need is in the area. We definitely will be booking again!!!!!!!

We come to Destin several times a year and like to stay in different properties to experience different areas and beaches. The view of the harbor is beautiful! We loved staying on Holiday Isle this time and being able to take the water taxi to any restaurant on the harbor each day. Even when we drove we didn’t have any traffic to deal with because it is so close to so many places to go. I’ll stay here again. The only downfall was that there is only a washing machine in our unit. The dryer is a community dryer in the hall. It is very close to the room so it wasn’t a problem. Just an FYI that you will need quarters.

Destin was the first place my wife and I started looking at for a retirement destination. Dolphin Point was amazing and the condo we stayed at was completely renovated and gorgeous. It's a short walk to a private gated beach access and right on the harbor. The pool was spotless and the complex was well maintained. Great place for a couple or families with kids. The water taxi will pick you up right at the dock for a short trip to the boardwalk area with lots of restaurants, bars, charter boats, and other water sports. No kidding, we liked it so much that we bought a unit that was for sale. Can't wait to get back.
