It was super cozy and peaceful! And everything was close by for the kids. If it wasn’t in walking distance it was a five minute drive! The apartment was clean and cozy and made us feel right at home! We would 10/10 recommend! Most definitely will be going back!

Place was awesome. Kitchen fully supplied. Pool was nice as well. Close to the beach. Everything was clean. I definitely recommend staying here !! Will be coming back

Over I will say that the unit was nice upon entering but closer looks to shower and bathroom was less than desirable. The view was beautiful, amazing marina views and if you look on your tippy toes you can see the ocean beyond the patio. The beach was a very short walk down a lovely street. The beach access was a nice added touch and the unit left plenty of towels if needed. The living room carpet, well just make sure you have on shoes. The recliner on the sectional on the end did not work. The shower in primary room had almost no pressure at all. It would have been nice to include ways to stream music or had USB ports available but there are none.

Place was overall great. My only complaint is the king bed. It's an old mattress and I could feel every spring. Would stay again if there was another bed. And maybe a small suggestion for a wagon to load stuff to the beach... But an amazing condo!!!

The condo was clean and full of everything we needed! If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the king size bed was too low to the floor no head board, lol.. Very nice though, we'd stay here again.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The listing was accurate and clean. The beds were comfortable and easily slept 5 people. We had no issues during our stay. We had beach access. The rental was only two blocks from the beach. I plan on returning next year.

My only complaint would be that the mattresses in the 2nd bedroom need to replace they were really bad. Only 0.28 mile walk one way to the beach. The washer and dryer are at the end of the Hallway but you need $1.50 per machine. So plan to bring quarters because nowhere will sell you quarters. The condo was very clean. It was a great stay!!

Our stay at this condo was fantastic. It plenty of room, a great view and a great locality to the beach and entertainment on the island. Other guest around us were very personable and followed the quiet hours rule. Perfect stay, will look to book through the owner as well, they were great communicators and very timely.

The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for my family of 4. Plenty of space to hang out and watch a show, play games, and have space to hang out after the kids went to bed. It’s off the bustle of the main strip but just a few minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and water activities. And the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. Kids loved having the pool close by too!

There was some mold spots the on bathroom ceiling. Everything else was excellent and my family and I enjoyed our stay. A very nice getaway for spring break.

The Condo was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, open concept and all the amenities of home while on vacation! Rob responded very quick with questions we had! I would suggest: location to where trash should be disposed of at the end of a stay, a brief description on how to operate the remotes for tv use (for those who are not tech savvy) and beach access instructions for the property. Amazing Location! Beautiful Home! Highly recommended!

I would recommend! In response to another review we saw no bugs of any kind. The place was clean, the perfect location and 5-10 mins from everything to do! The short walk to the beach was an amazing bonus! My little family of 4 enjoy everything about the space and the location. We will be returning if Robs place is available to stay at on our next trip. A lot bang for your buck :)

It was a great place to stay, close to the beach and very peaceful. It is spacious considering we shared the condo with another couple. I was able to sleep in while the fiancé dipped her toes in the water. It was an awesome condo, clean with all of the amenities we needed. We will definitely be returning.

Very cozy condo near pretty much everything. Very nice kitchen to cook in! The beach many restaurants were very close. I would definitely recommend this condo it’s a great deal. You don’t have to sit directly on the beach to have a nice place. Check this place out you’ll enjoy it.! Great first experience in an Airbnb

Rob's place was awesome. The condo definitely met our expectations. Great location, basically close to everything that you are looking to do while in Destin. There was a party a few doors down and they were loud but wasn't much of a bother for us. Overall I give it 5 stars. We would love to stay here again!

We were able to check in early after our long drive from Texas. This place is a great location for all shopping, restaurants and beach. Everything is in walking distance. Host is great at responding to text and calls. I will use this property for all of my future trips to Destin or nearby cities.
