We really enjoyed our stay overall. We were disappointed that the balcony of the property had been closed in. The location of the condo is perfect, it’s central to everything you could need or want. Our only complaints were with the mattresses. All three of them feel like you are sleeping on a rock. If we had known this, we would have booked a different condo.

Everything was great besides the amount of towels that they gave us. We could have had more towels due to the amount of days we stayed. We only recieved 1 wash cloth and towel per person for 3 nights. The area is great, and the beach is about 3 miles away.

Our condo was exactly as described. Communication was great. We arrived a little earlier than check in and they were more than helpful at getting us in an hour early. Any questions we had, they were quick to answer our texts. Would definitely recommend using them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with 2 adults and 2 teenage boys, it was more than spacious! We very much enjoyed having our coffee on the back patio by the water and relaxing after dinner just watching the water. We even saw crabs, a stingray, tons of fish and some dolphins playing. Was a few blocks walk to the beach which was easy. The master bed was very firm that’s the only thing that could have been better, but personal preference. Would definitely stay here again!

Quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Clean and comfy unit. Large patio doors open directly from living room area so no outside balcony on this unit. Had a great time!

Condo wasn’t bad. A little out dated. But was in good shape. The only real complaint was the beds were very hard. Had a couple of blocks to walk to get to the beach.

Destin is NOT an Lyft or Uber town! They are only really available at night. Take advantage of shuttle services while here to and from the airport.

Robs place was specious for our family. Great neighborhood and location. Kids loved the pool and the walks to the beach. Great place will definitely consider on our next visit.

This place was beautiful and the location in the bay was fabulous! The sitting area where the boats passed thru was great! Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of space and clean! We are already planning for next year. The private beach walk was also great and easy to get to. We cooked a lot so that really turned out great. Thank you again Rob!

So it was painless to reserve.. got to the property seemed cool if only I knew what unit I was going to.. beds were extremely hard.. like laying on a board.. the cookware was horrible but manageable. All and all I enjoyed the stay but seriously invest in your property and get some comfy beds..
