It was a perfect for our group. We love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The private beach is across the street and it could be quite a walk for young children and the elders. I personally enjoy my morning walk to the beach during our stay. Our favorite part of this listing is the massage chair. Although the pots/pans could be updated, it was a good stay overall.

Even though we had initial concerns that the check-in time might get pushed back they communicated with us and because the space was available early actually allowed us to arrive early (Very appreciated). The space was beautiful, open, private, and great for 3 adult couples. The A/C works wonderfully for the space and is quite and functions well across the large space. The beach is across the street on the backside of other buildings so you should wear proper shoes but no need to pack a lunch. You can walk to local shops and some restaurants. Parking and building pool area are nice and felt safe. **If we are traveling in the area again we would definitely consider this space again** Note: The location has different punch codes to access different spaces (Parking, pool, front door, pedestrian gates) so be sure to make note of which code is used for which area. One suggestion is to have more than one beach access card to ease coordination with multiple people.

The Place was really nice, clean and awesome view. The only thing I really didn’t care for was that the private beach you had to bring your own umbrellas and chairs and there’s very limited space between two other places that have umbrellas and chairs. Other than that, everything was great.

The property was nice, the condo was dirty dog hair everywhere the bedding was discussing dog hair! The the condo was freezing at night no heat! The utensils was nasty the curtains was Ragley the side door didn’t lock! The bathroom smell horrible smell like urine around the toilets dog hair was everywhere!!!!!

The views from these huge balconies are just breath taking. I am so glad you got to see the fireworks from them!!! What a great experience. I do hope you come stay with us again soon.

This is spacious condo is in a great location - drivable and boatable to the Destin boardwalk and tons of restaurants, shops and bars. We would stay here again, but I'd recommend that the stove top be replaced. It leans badly and is very difficult to cook on.

Large bedrooms and common areas. Great balcony with great views. Short walk to the beach. Only complaint is that there were several small roaches near dishwasher and in the bedroom near the front door.

It was the best lodging experience I have ever had. From the ease of booking, rapid responses from the manager, and just an incredible place to stay. I could not believe how reasonably priced this was for the location and about of bedrooms and bathrooms.
