The owner of the condo was very quick to respond and very helpful. I am very appreciative to the owner in being fair. The building's air condition was out, and offered a refund for the nights the air condition was out. I loved the first floor location, and how close to the pool and the gym it was. The front loader washing machine seal might need to be replaced though, as front loaders tend to get moldy if not left open. Owner's responsiveness was excellent so for that I would give it another chance. There is construction near the building for the next 3 years. Between the building and Norreigo Point.

The space was perfect for our family of three. The beach and pool access made it easy to enjoy our time away. The white couch area rug could probably use a cleaning (white is harder To hide the dirt). Overall we loved our time in Destin.

This unit was very nice and perfect for just the two of us! The pool was very nice and wasn’t too busy as well as the view from the pool was amazing, The walk to the private beach was not too bad probably about a mile and a half to a 2 mile walk. small warning it does not come with any helpful baking/cooking ingredients like Pam or salt and pepper, You will have to buy any and all food at the store before you go, And pay very good attention to your emails because that is how they send all of the information you need to know about the complex, I didn’t see the email that included our parking passes for the area, so we were not able to print them out before hand and almost had our car towed from the area, but luckily we made a good connection with the security guard Sean who helped us out with everything we needed, lastly There was a bunch of different codes you needed to memorized or have on hand to use the gate to enter the complex, to use the elevator, to get into the room, as well as to every single gate and door in the complex. Overall This unit specifically is a very comfortable stay for a couple that is trying to get away!

Great place to stay if you want a cool beach feel in a nice studio Condo. Only 5 minute walk to the best snorkeling spots in Destin. I saw sea turtles and a manatee myself.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience in Destin and loved our stay. I would recommend this unit for anyone that is looking for a cozy condo in a safe location. Great views of the bay, but you must drive or take the water taxi to get anywhere. Not beach front, but the public beach access was not too far of a drive. Our unit was very clean upon arrival and looked just like the pictures. Great fishing and a massive pool area. Once you remember all the codes, access is a breeze. Patio is bigger than portrayed in the pictures. Lovey unit, looking forward to coming back soon.

Rob’s place is just like it looks in the photos. This is a prime location, if you’re not familiar with Destin, this location is located right on the beach. Minutes away from the harbor walk by car or you can take the water taxi straight across. Tons of great food. 10 out of 10 !

We stayed here on our honeymoon that was suppose to be out of the country, but due to covid we found this beautiful spot last minute in Destin. My husband and I loved the amenities of the pool & hot tub & the access to the beach. This spot is absolutely gorgeous & perfect for a couple that needs a getaway. We loved having the kitchen & loved the patio. Thank you again, we cannot wait to come back!

Great access to both a private beach, and a larger public state park beach immediately next door with lots of white powdery sand to enjoy! And we also got to see dolphins swimming by! It was remote enough to be peaceful, yet still within 15 min to restaurants and stores.

Overall great place! Check-in is simple and the studio is stylish. We had one issue with the oven not working but someone was over to fix it the next day. Great location for a romantic getaway. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if in Destin.
