This was my second time coming to Destin and I wanted to be within walking distance of the beach. This location was perfect and the Condo was so nice that we didn't mind just sitting around the the unit. My first visit to Destine was awful and the room we stayed in was so small and dull that we would just go to sleep at night and stay away from it the entire time other than to change clothes. It was small and boring with no view and wasn't worth the money I paid for it. So this time I decided to get what I wanted. The only thing that could have made it better would be a bigger TV in the main bedroom or a unit facing the ocean. But we were extremely pleased with our selection and would visit again.

The consistent communication was great. A few details that are important to me when choosing a room is cleanliness, the beds and the pots and pans. The condo was clean, we did find that the air vents could use a wipe down from accumulated dust and hair on the floor. The beds. The master has a king size temperpedic and it is firm. The guest bedroom has a queen w a super old mattress and boxspring that has been doctored w layers and layers of toppers. There is not an appropriate selection of extra blankets for the sofa bed if one were to need to use it. Sheets are so soft and comfy and the quilts are soft. Great pillow selection. Pots & pans are awful. They are 20 year old calphalon and a nightmare to cook in. We couldnt get keurig to work but had our own to use. The beach at the unit is great and not a far trek. The condo walls are paper thin between units. You can hear every conversation and text notification from above condo. Gate keepers and staff are awesome.

Overall it is a good condo for Destin. It could use some updating, but it is very clean and satisfactory condition.

Property was beautiful! Amenities were wonderful! HOWEVER, I do strongly feel we should receive a credit for having to go without electricity and more importantly AIR CONDITIONING for more than 24 hours! We were told it would be a few hours and a few hours turned into more like 30 hours + And the property manager at the Aegean was very rude when I asked about this! Overall, I would highly recommend this condo. Most important, it was clean. The balcony was exceptional !
