We had a great stay here. The gated community felt safe and the area of Santa Rosa itself is safe and serene. We enjoyed the community pool and the beach is walkable. The house itself was tucked away and felt private in a well maintained community. The locals were nice and it was mostly quiet with a sound curfew. The house itself is great, just as pictured. Everything was clean especially the kitchen and bathrooms and bedrooms. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our time here and appreciated a space great for a family vacation especially if you value a comfortable living space, a relaxing pool, and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Instructions were clear with the host as they responded promptly. We had multiple cars and were thankful there was an overflow lot just a few yards away from the house. Thanks for a great visit!

We stayed the week of the Fourth of July. The house was perfect for our whole family. The overflow parking is right next to the house so we were able to easily use that. We rented a golf cart and were very glad we did. The walk to the beach is a little farther than we anticipated. Most of our group would have been fine with the walk, but we also had a very pregnant mom and two babies, so the golf cart was a great help. The house was in excellent condition. Everything was as described. The neighborhood was great. We didn’t use the pools, but they never seemed to be crowded. The communication from the host throughout the week was some of the best I’ve ever encountered. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, right off 30A. Walkable to restaurants. Close public beach access. Quaint neighborhood, 2 pools VERY close, small but perfect. Nice hot showers!!! We loved our stay. My only concern was after we booked we got a message stating check in was between 4-6pm OR AFTER. They do not guarantee a 4pm check in. We was able to check in at 4pm so it worked out, however during peak times and after a day of travel no one wants a delay in checking in. Otherwise EVERYTHING WAS AS described ! Outside of that I recommend the place!!

We loved staying here! It’s half a mile walk to beach access, but the house was beautiful and had lots of pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc. The host was very responsive too! We loved having a great pool close by and a very private neighborhood.

Loved the pool being just a few doors down. Neighborhood was quaint and quiet for the most part. Too far from beach to walk, especially while carrying chairs, umbrellas, etc. Just a two-minute drive up, however and beach was clean and the perfect size. Excellent experience!

Perfect house for our family! Close to the beach , local family and all that is happening. The house was clean and allowed each family their own area. Great internet provided with up to date tv’s. The kitchen was equipped with basic needs as we cooked often due to covid-19. Very safe and friendly neighborhood 😎�🇺�🇸�

The house was exactly as listed and we had a wonderful stay. The walk to the beach from the house was not a long one, but if taking a lot of stuff I would recommend driving down. The house has plenty of dishes and all the appliances worked as they should. The beds were all comfortable, and the owner even replaced the dining room table during our stay as they had been at the house recently and noticed it was time for a replacement. We will definitely stay here again as we enjoyed everything about it.

We stayed at this house last week. We had 11 people total and the house had plenty of room. With 3 baths and 4 bedrooms we never felt like we were invading another person's space. The shower drains seemed to be clogged but once I emailed Justin we had someone from maintance there within hours to fix the drains. The neighborhood is so cute and quiet. It is quite a walk to the beach. People in the neighborhood walked but a lot of people rented bikes or golf carts. We rented a golf cart and everyone loved riding to and from the beach. There is special parking at the beach for golf carts. we even drive the golf cart to dinner several nights since there is quite a few shops and restaurants close by. There is two pools. If we ever thought one pool was crowded we would go to the other one and it would be empty. The driveway is only available for 2 cars. There is additional parking right across from the house. The house was clean. We loved the upstairs deck and the open floor plan downstairs for the family to hangout after a long day at the beach. We will definitely stay here again!
