My family of nine stayed here and we absolutely loved it. It was a very quiet area, which we really appreciated since it was spring break. The beach, shopping, and food spots were about a 15-minute walk, but we honestly didn’t mind at all. The weather was beautiful and the area itself was lovely, so the walk to the beach was enjoyable. ECVR was always available to answer any questions or concerns and was very easy to contact. I would definitely recommend this place.

Every 5 years we visit the beach, and we always try to find a location near everything, beach, pool, restaurants and shopping. This home checked all the boxes. We loved most since we are a family each room had their own bathroom. The pools were within walking distance and so was the beach. When I reached out to see how far and they told me I would need to cross over 30A I had no clue what that meant but thought a 4-lane highway! But it's not, the road is very small like a street. So, beach is so close. You're in a gated community and its very quiet and quaint. Everyone kept to their houses, a few times we saw people at one of the pools. The home also has an outside shower to rinse off with, great evening walking in the neighborhood too. The home was very nice and the beds we so comfortable, except for the make out couch, but we all know those are never! The team at Emerald Coast was so helpful and even sent a message that our home was prepared and to check in a little early. 5*

We had an amazing time here. So close to the public beach access points and dining, and the grocery store. The inside of the house is a bit older but it’s clean. The price made it worth it, If you don’t mind dated decor. I wouldn’t sleep an adult on the bunk beds as the mattress were not comfy, but my kids were fine with them. They also enjoyed their own on-suite bathroom. Master bedroom had nice bed and large bathroom and screened in porch. The neighborhood was nice and well kept. Again, for the price and location, it was well worth it. Much cheaper to stay here than most other places in same area. Great location and neighborhood. You just have to be okay with a home that’s a bit older and not remolded. We were, and had a blast!

Plenty of room for family of 7. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and beach access. Easy drive to Destin or PBC. We had the pool to our selves several times. Received our email with check in/check out instructions well in advance.

Loved the community and liked the house. Would stay there again but would really like the outside furniture cleaned up. The chairs were rusted and all the seat cushions were old and molded. Other than that we loved the house. Love the community!!

We enjoyed the 3 bedroom house for our families. we loved the bunk beds and had plenty of space and porches to enjoy each other. we made good use of the pool and the beaches close by. we rented a golf cart and had a good time at area beaches. the waves were perfect. Thank you for the use of your home.

This home suited two families with three boys perfectly. Loved hanging out on the front deck at night and we were surrounded by close restaurants and ice cream at night! We did rent a golf cart which made it super easy to get to the beach and anywhere we wanted to go. Rental company is super close and highly recommend. We didn't bring our bikes so this helped getting around a lot easier. Quiet neighborhood with several pools to choose from.

I have nothing negative to say about this property! Check in was simple and speedy. Rooms, toilets, and linens were all crisp and clean. So many extra blankets and pillows! We also found zero problems with the plumbing, and the washer and dryer being upstairs close to the master bedroom was such a welcome surprise! There is no “governor” on the thermostat like someone previously mentioned in their review. In fact, there is duel thermostat in this home! One for the top floor and one for the bottom. The entire house stayed cool the entire week we were there! Another added plus was that each bedroom has their own private balcony. Home is close to the swimming pool and the neighborhood is within walking distance to the beach, Goatfeather’s restaurant, an ice cream shop and a beach gear rental company. I absolute love love LOVE the neighborhood. This is our second year to book a home on Hidden Lake Way and we are HOOKED! Thank you for a wonderful week! This truly was a wonderful home away from home.

The house was absolutely amazing!! Perfect location close to shopping, groceries, beach you name it. The house even had board games and movies for the kids that we didn’t even think of packing, our family of 10 had more pillows and blankets than they knew what to do with, the neighborhood guests and owners were so polite and friendly!! Must say we will be back

Plenty room. Very nice on the eyes. Quiet area and had plenty extra pillows and bedding to hold all 10 of us comfortably. The only problem was the trash that was left by previous vacationers was left and we had no room for trash but they fixed that very timely. The washer also didn't work and the shower outside didn't work and the gas grill was rusted and we couldn't use it. But other than that it was a beautiful experience.

We just recently got home from our stay in Santa Rosa Beach at The Robins Nest. My family of 3 shared this house with a family of 5 and there was plenty of room. The bunk room had an extra pull-out bed on the bottom bunk, so it fit all 4 girls perfectly. The beach was about a 10 min walk from the house, so most of the time we walked, as it was hard to find a parking place at the public beach entrance. Old Florida Village had 2 different swimming pools and had lots of families with children - the girls loved making new friends at the pool. We took advantage of the free paddle board and bike rental, and it was a great plus!!
