Great location and place. House was spacious and comfortable. Take note that 3 beds out of 4 are FULL size and not Queen. This will feel crowded for adults. We also tried communicating with appointed party on app but once we arrived we we never got any responses.

Our family of 11 (9 adults, 2 children) had plenty of space to gather and spend quality family time together inside, outside on the wraparound porches (2 levels), as well as the back patio. The beds were plenty, and it was wonderful having 3 full bathrooms! We found everything we could possibly need during our stay. I loved that the location was close enough to three public beach accesses for a short walk, although some of our group (expectant mothers) preferred to drive and park. We also enjoyed the pool in the evenings to entertain the littles. We would definitely choose to stay at Margarita Sunrise again!

The house is adorable and very clean! It was well stocked with everything you could need. It is only a short walk to the beach. The only downside is- the ice maker hardly worked so we had to buy ice, some of the mattresses are old and need need to be replaced and there wasn’t an air filter in the wall spot where there should’ve been one.

We loved our stay!!! For being right off of 30A, it is such a peaceful area. We walked to the pool every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Loved that it’s so close. We had plenty of room for our party of 8. I really appreciated the empty dressers and closets for putting our belongings. We’ve already talked about going back!

Walking distance to one of our favorite beaches and two great restaurants. Easy access to a great pool for our baby to enjoy. All the amenities we needed, but be sure to bring your own spices and coffee filters. Comfortable and cosy house with a great porch for enjoying the morning. We loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at margarita sunrise. Loved the cute private neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. We felt at home here! Everything was walkable including the beach! Goat feathers restaurant and seafood market is across from the subdivision next to the public beach access and had the best Oyster and drinks happy hour! The house is super clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Bring your own spices. The BBQ grill was clean and ready. The pool is across the street as well. WE LOVED THE OUTDOOR WRAPAROUND BALCONY!! Super host! Thanks

The house was great, on a corner so have some privacy, yet can see the community pool (which was so nice to have so close by!) we rented a golf cart which made going to the beach much easier as it was a little too far to walk with all of our stuff/kids. the kitchen had everything we needed, including the grill and picnic table outside. Gulf Place is right down the road with a couple great places to eat, including the best ice cream spot we've found so far. The only cons: the beds are not very comfortable, especially the main bedroom. the outdoor seating was also very uncomfortable. im not a fan of those adirondack chairs and they are the only chairs on the porch and balcony- where I would have preferred to spend more time

This vacation home was the perfect stay for our family. It was the perfect location to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The home was very spacious and very clean. The house was great and the neighborhood was quaint and quiet. There were 3 adults and two children and the house was a perfect size for all of us to spread out. It was a fairly easy walk to the beach access, but further away than expected. It wasn’t too far to walk back and forth, but we definitely had to drive all of our beach stuff each morning to set up. It was just a little too much for our elderly parents and our children to lug all of our stuff. Otherwise, we were very happy with the stay and the house layout and size.

Wow! This home blew us away! Gorgeous, clean and the perfect location. Drive or walk to the most beautiful beach. Pool is just a few steps away. Gated and lock code for home. Love Old Florida Village, been staying here for 15 years.

House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location of pool was awesome. Grandkids loved it and adults enjoyed the convenience. Walk to beach with all our stuff was a bit challenging in the heat. Surprised that there was not a ramp for wagon and supplies. We had enough adults that we left wagon at house and carried umbrellas, chairs, and beach supplies to beach. We may consider property on beach for next family trip but overall we were extremely happy with location. Lots of fun things to do!

The home is beyond beautiful, great location only a 8-10 min walk from the beach! The neighborhood is beautiful as well pools we’re awesome! We called one time about the grill because it was dirty and we couldn’t use it and someone came within a few hours to clean it, however that grill is beyond saving. If you are coming don’t count on the grill. The plug outside doesn’t work so you have to use an extension cord and than you have to Leah the door a little cracked which lets in the smell… we put foil on the grill due to it being so dirty and still nothing didn’t heat up enough. That was the only negative of the trip everything else was just perfect! I really recommend this place and we will be back!

We’ve stayed in at least 10 houses in Old Florida Village and Margarita Sunrise was by far the cleanest. It was impeccable. We emailed about a broken blender one evening and had a brand new one delivered to us the next morning. We highly recommend this house!

We had 6 adults and 4 children all under the age of 3. It was about a 15 minutes stroll to the beach. We brought our own wagons, beach towels, beach tents, etc as the house does not provide any of those. I loved the community pool for our 2 year old that was able to walk in and play with the 3 fountains in it. We were so close to all of our favorite restaurants! Prime location and would definitely stay here again.

This property is on an interior corner, and the porches (1st and 2nd level) both wrap so you can face the undeveloped lot next door instead of just facing the street. Great for relaxing when you need a break from the beach.
