Absolutely incredible stay. The property is exactly what you hope for and then some. It’s extremely private, the views are unreal (pictures don’t do it justice), and everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The amenities made it easy to relax and actually enjoy the trip without dealing with the usual headaches you get at rentals. You can tell this place is well taken care of and managed the right way. It made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. We would 100% stay here again—already planning to come back next year.

Overall a fantastic, clean, beautiful condo. The beach view was gorgeous - we could see dolphins swimming by, and both the sunrise and sunset. The kitchen had the right tools, but I would add some salt and pepper, cooking spray and coffee filters. Also consider a discount on the beach setup service. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at the St. Maarten condo during our visit to Destin. The condo is beautiful, very spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We absolutely loved that we had direct access to the beach and loved that we could enjoy our meals on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful views of the beach! We will definitely stay here on any future visits to Destin :)

Beautiful place! We enjoyed our stay. Dryer was broken and didn’t get fixed while we were there but that was ok, they did come in and try to fix it but needed a part. Take note that you need to drive to an office (close by) to pick up keys beforehand which was also a fine. Our flight was delayed and we got in at 1am so I worried the office wouldn’t be open but it’s 24/7 with a lockbox so all was well.

Great condo. Loved the location. Found it to be clean and comfortable with a great view. Plenty of space for our party of parents with 2 adult children. We could be together but separate when we needed to be. The pool and beach were great; it offered options for what each of us wanted. Do take toilet paper n and personal toiletries as they really only do offer enough to get started. We would absolutely stay in Unit 907 again!

We had a lovely week's stay for two families (4 adults, 3 kids.) Views from the 2 main masters and balcony were breathtaking. The private beach and pool/hot tub amenities on site were very clean and well run. Having double masters, each with a king bed, was perfect for our extended family, while the kids bunked together in the double beds room. We would absolutely stay here again. As they tell you in the listing, there are NO extras in unit - no salt/pepper/spices, extra paper towels, only 2 dishwasher tabs - but theres plenty of shopping options close by, so not a big deal. We had a PG basbeall tournament and loved how close the field were (5 minute drive at most.) Plenty of bath towels, but bring your own beach towels (as noted in the listing.) BEDS ARE SO COMFY!!! We will be back, thanks for a great week!

The condo is just as pictured on the listing, beautiful view and well-appointed decor. It also comes with a few supplies to get you started as accurately described in the listing, however it would be nice to have an option to acquire more for people who fly in (the grocery store doesn't have travel sizes of many of the items needed). The location is great.

Lovely beach and condo—no surprises! Comfortable linens and beds, had most things we needed and brought down the rest. ECVR does a great job managing entire property. Safe for teens, clean, well laid out and feels spacious even with densely populated resort. This unit is directly on the beach with ZERO obstructions in front of you. We lived the open concept with the kitchen, dining and living areas. Elevator service was super fast. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of items you may want to bring: 1. There is no Tupperware for leftovers or items going to the beach. 2. The tiny bar of hand soap goes quickly. 3. Chip clips. We tried the tiki hut on the beach in front of the condo for lunch. The burgers were awesome.

We loved staying at this condo! The listing and pictures were 100% accurate. The view was great, both master bedrooms had a gulf view (which was hard to find in budget), the decor was awesome, the pool was great, and the only noise I could hear were the waves. Great location! Walking distance to Walmart, some restaurants and activities like The Track and Gatorland. Would definitely stay here again!

Great week at Silver Shells. Condo is accurate to pictures,. Grounds are very well maintained. Beach is beautiful!! Kitchen is well equipped including a Keurig, bring your own spices to this unit. Bring your own beach towels.

I really can't say enough about this stay. Right out of the gate the communication with the property owners was second to none. They spelled out the key pickup, check in process, parking, you name it down to the smallest detail to leave no confusion. The properties parking garage led right to our semi private elevator which was only used for small group of rooms so the whole week we we never had a wait. There were plenty of rolling carts to help with our bags and the elevator drops you right st your room, no hallway even! Then, the room itself may have been the nicest beachfront I've ever stayed in and I've done quite a bit of traveling. The pictures actually didn't do it justice! Every thing seemed brand new and clean. There are 3 bedrooms a d 3 full bathrooms all with showers. The view was perfect and the balcony is accessible from 2 of the bedrooms as well as the living area. The kitchen was nicer than mine at home! I wish we could transfer this room and proccess to anywhere we travel in the future but for now we will have to settle with coming back next year! 5 stars to the owners/managers for a great job.

Condo was clean, comfortable and super cute. Had some issues with the key cards, make sure they work before going off property. Elevator took some time occasionally. Lots of good places to eat and shop. Beach is awesome! Check in was a little weird, when I got there a gentleman was on a phone call for a bit and just kept telling me to wait. Overall it was a relaxing and comfortable stay:
