The condo was beautiful, clean, and very family friendly. It was an easy walk to the beach, pool, and playground, which made it especially great with kids. There is a private elevator entrance, which made for easy coming and going. We loved the space overall and would definitely stay here again! One thing to note for future guests: the starter amenities only lasted about 24 hours for us, so plan to bring or buy additional basics like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, salt and pepper, potholders, and other essentials. You are not told this before you book, so book with this knowledge!

Melanie, thanks so much for the awesome review! We’re really glad you and your family loved the condo, the easy walk to the beach and pool, and the private elevator entrance – it’s such a nice perk with kids in tow. Totally hear you on the starter supplies. We provide an initial set to get guests started, but your feedback is super helpful. We’ve updated our listing and pre-arrival info to spell this out more clearly so future guests can plan ahead, and we’re also reviewing what we stock to see where we can reasonably add a bit more. We’d love to host you all again anytime – you were fantastic guests!

I don’t want to give a great review because I don’t want people to snatch up this condo!! We loved our stay here. Secure, safe, and just the right mix of fun and relaxation for our family (with little kids). There *was* and pack and play there in a bedroom closet. We had brought our own because it was clear that there was not one supplied. But the photos were exactly what we walked into and what we loved. Beautiful view of the ocean - the perfect spot for us. Thank you for a comfy and cozy place to land in Destin. We will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location—close to a ton of great restaurants and just steps from the beach. The private elevator was a huge bonus and made everything incredibly convenient. The hosts were outstanding: responsive, polite, professional, and quick to answer the very few questions we had. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time.We would absolutely rent this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, private, and perfectly located stay.

Great place to stay if you are in Destin. Looks just like the pictures and as described. We had 8 of us, 2 adults and the rest were teenagers and we all enjoyed. Chair service is great, it’s better to stop in during the day and reserve your chairs for your stay instead of the morning you need them. The line is very long in morning, at least when we were there. Pool area is nice and large. Walmart is right across the street which is nice since there’s so much traffic. Only minor suggestion would be to stock kitchen trash bags and we couldn’t find any kitchen wash cloths. More blankets would be nice as well. Checkin and out is not at location, but that was fine for us since we drove right by that location.

Absolutely perfect except that the mattress in the master facing the ocean is worn out on one side. And the spray nozzle on the tub in the master was broken. I wish that we had not had to drive to the rental office to pick up key and drive back there in horibble traffic to return them. Most places let you use the code to get in and the keys and wrist bands are on the counter when we get there.

We were really impressed with this condo from the moment we walked in. The elevator opens right to the condo from the garage. This is a great perk with the covid situation and for privacy in general. The decor and upgrades that have been made to the condo were perfect! The views from the balcony were amazing. The one little thing I’d add to make this a perfect 10 is some board games and/or playing cards for the rainy days. We will definitely be back.
