Excellent Airbnb! The cottage itself was cutely decorated, the king bed was very comfy, and there were many courteous amenities. We had bad weather all week, so having such a great airbnb to hang out in most of the trip was a blessing. Great location (short walk to the beach), plenty of good food and shops/actives nearby, cute and quiet little neighborhood, and nice pool! Awesome hosting and communication-We had two small issues which were so quickly and kindly resolved when we reached out to the host (friendly tip, the door locks automatically so don’t leave your phone inside with the door code while unpacking the car, my bad). Just a few items to be aware of: there are a few spots in the floor boards that are sinking down. We put towels over them to remember not to step on them. WiFi was great for tv/movies,but too slow for certain video games, and we were disappointed that the porch twinkle lights were burnt out. Overall, highly recommend and would happily stay again!

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We even have great movie theaters, in the area, if it rains too many days. This is a fantastic pet friendly home. If you have a couple you don't want to leave at home, please bring them with you next time. (Super low pet fee.)

The house worked great for what we needed as a family of four with two kids (2 1/2 & 5). Walking distance to the beach and a couple restaurant options. Publix was a drivable distance, but close by to make multiple trips. Plenty of bedding and towels. The house did have some weak spots in the flooring (we report to renters) which made us a little nervous to walk on because of the give in the floor. We avoided the spots when we found them.

My family and I had a wonderful time in our rental. The guests in the neighborhood were friendly and minded their own business. The beach was walking distance from our rental. Some of the furniture looked kinda rough, but that is understandable considering that we could have brought a pet with us if we wanted to. The beds were comfortable and cozy. I brought my own pillows, but I actually ended up sleeping on their pillows by the end of our trip. Overall I give this rental a 10/10. I would definitely use Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals again.

We really enjoyed the cottage. It was very clean and well appointed. It was on a quaint street walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Apparently June through August has gotten very busy on 30A so the beach was quite crowded. This was not our favorite but in no way should reflect negatively on the property. I would stay at this property again. However, since we enjoy quiet beaches would go at a different time.

This was a great place for our family! It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We had our 2 year old twins and 85 year old grandparent with us, so the walk to the beach was a little long, but we broughta wagon and made it just fine.

We loved being able to walk to the nearby Donut store and being so close to Seaside! We celebrated our friend getting married with a girls trip-girls who live to stay in and read and just lay on the beach. This was the perfect place! The walk to the beach was pretty quick. The main thing we missed was the personal touches of other VRBOs like an owners book where guests give suggestions, etc. The furniture was nice and perfect for our group of 5! Very clean and easy to get in and out!

Very clean, tidy, cottage. Fit our family of 5 perfectly. A couple blocks from public beach access. If you have or rent bikes, a short 12 - 15 min ride to the heart of Seaside. Nearby pizza place Angelina's great and you can walk there. Pool in complex was nice for the kids to play while adults relaxed.

The perfect place for a weekend getaway!! It looks exactly like the pictures, and we were very happy by how clean & modern it is. Not to mention that it is walking distance to the beach and surrounded by many delicious restaurants and shops. The host was very efficient and detailed in communication which made the whole process a lot easier for us. I would definitely want to stay here again if i am in the area!

Great location to relax within walking distance of the beach. Coastal style decor gives this place a relaxing and calm feel. There was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids also really enjoyed the pool!

The house was great, it was the perfect size for our family of five. It’s not far from the public beach access, but wish there was an easier way to get down to the beach. The access boardwalk has tons of stairs, which is tough for a family with young kids lugging the boogie boards, cooler, sand toys, etc... There is an access a little further down with a ramp though, and parking. I highly recommend renting a golf cart from the place next to the house. The place was clean and updated, with quick access to lots of restaurants and the like. Would highly recommend.

This was a great house for our group of four. Loved the convenience of the pool and close proximity to local pizza, ice cream and other shops. Easy bike or moderate walk to the beach access. The house had all the basic needs including games to play. Nice little quiet cove.

We loved our time there! It was a perfect fit for my husband and I. We had 4 kids with us and it was plenty of room. The kids enjoyed our location and getting to ride bikes in the area. The beach was close. Everything went very well!

My family stayed here for a few days to experience the 4th of July on 30A. The parade started just two blocks away from the house, so it was super convenient for that! The house was super clean and recently updated. Neighborhood was quiet, and the central pool location was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The ONLY issue was the bathtub drain in the master bathroom. It was extremely clogged and needs to be cleaned out. Everything else was the best experience!

Our family with three young boys enjoyed staying at Sunset Shenanigans. It’s a super cute neighborhood and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This was the best family vacation location. We originally booked for 3 nights but having such a great time we asked the owner if another night was possible. Lucky for us it was. The home is in a lovely circle of other vacation homes, with a nice sized pool in the middle. Our unit was lovely and extremely clean. The home was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We utilized the beach rental credit (amenity included with the rental), for beach chairs and umbrellas for the length of our stay. The beach itself was beautiful white sand and the pretty blue green of the gulf water. Very family friendly area. I have to also comment on how easily it was to communicate with the owner if we had any questions. He was always quick to return our messages. All of our children (ages 2 up to age 13), had a wonderful time. We look forward to returning soon!
