Great spot if you like to ride bikes to different spots and to the beach. Cute neighborhood that’s super close to the pool Shopping and restaurants close by and some you can walk or ride to. Donuts, breakfast spot, seafood market, gas station. Publix is close too but a drive. House is well equipped and comfortable. Cute decor. Easy for pet owners to take your dog out. We met a lot of nice people! Def enjoyed it.

We had a great stay at this bungalow! The house was clean and had everything we need. One small issue we had was the bathtub drain in the main bathroom - it is a bit slow. Pool is a nice edition especially if you have kids! Beach is 5 minutes away. Seaside square about 30 min walking if you don’t mind a walk and want to avoid finding the parking - it’s nearly impossible there.

The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay for a family of four and a dog. The location is perfect, about a quarter mile (a 7 minute walk) to the beach entrance, and Seaside’s food tracks and restaurants are about 2 miles away. Check in and check out were smooth and quick. We enjoyed the pool and I the grill by the pool area; we just needed to buy charcoal. Very family friendly! We would stay there again.

This was our second time using this property. It has all that we need. The beach access is only a block away. The pool is nice. We enjoyed the credit to use beach bikes.

It’s a pretty short walk to the beach. It’s in walking distance to a few very good restaurants. For some good fine dining check out cafe 30A. Everyone who was staying around us was kind and it was very peaceful. We utilized the grills at the pools quite a lot. It’s clean, nice, and comfortable. Overall a perfect place to stay!!

We loved staying here and would love to return in the future! The beach is right across the street so we rented a golf cart which made it super easy to go back and forth! The kitchen was fully stocked and all the tvs had a Roku. Would definitely recommend for a smaller family

This was my first time here at Santa Rosa beach and my start was fantastic. The house was very open and welcoming. Had a little trouble getting the code to work but the guy I talked with stayed on the phone until I was able to get in and was very friendly the entire time. The bed was very comfortable. The only “complaint” would be the master bath wasn’t big enough to put stuff but they added a shelf above the toilet where you can store your stuff! The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was very clean and as described. The listing states there was no hair dryer but there is! I would stay here again and definitely bring kids/ pets. I had my toddler and he has a blast running around!

Walking in to this house, we felt at home in a clean, spacious space with everything we would need. All the appliances we used worked well, the water worked well, the house looked updated, and the little items we would need right away, like paper towels and soaps, were appreciated. When I called the office about extending our reservation and making any changes, they were very responsive and easy to reach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was excellent. The house is in a circle drive with a pool in the middle, only a few steps away. The use of the beach bikes was an awesome benefit. I would recommend getting one bike with the pull behind cart. It can be used separately. The house was furnished well with the kitchen plenty of dishes, pots and pans. We hope to return next year

We loved the house. It's cozy, and the neighborhood was pleasantly quiet. Yet it was also close to the beach, restaurants, and Seaside. That unique charm made us want to make it an annual tradition.

This adorable house was spotless and neat as a pin when we arrived. It was perfect for our ling weekend and so comfortable, we felt right at home. The location was incredible, and it was so easy getting in and out with our F350. Very close to everything! When we arrived, I called the rental management company to see if we could possibly check in early because my husband woke up very sick that morning. They granted us an early check in with absolutely no hesitation! We got right in so he could lay down and rest, and that was awesome in itself. 10/10 would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this house. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and there were plenty of towels & blankets. We appreciated the bin of beach toys we borrowed a few items from for our days at the beach. We loved sitting out on the porch in the morning and evening. The house is walking distance to the beach, a few restaurants(pizza nearby is delicious), ice cream/shaved ice shop, and a few other shops. It was a perfect getaway for our family of 6.

Wonderful place to stay! Exactly what the pictures say. Could use some suitcases holders as there’s not enough dresser space. Directions for use of the tv remotes would be great. Otherwise it was a fabulous place to relax and unwind!

The house is spotlessly clean and well organized. Ample supply of dishes , cookware and utensils. Really appreciated the soap and detergent starter packs. Love the decor. We also loved sitting on the front porch and thought it was the most comfortable of all the houses on the cul de sac. Very nice chairs. Nice pool but too cold to swim. Would have used the grills if they were gas. Thanks for a great vacation!

Much nicer than the listing and photos. It had been recently redecorated and upgraded. All new upscale beach decor. Lovely new front porch, with seating area and great view of the pool. We loved having are morning coffee or enjoying a book on this lovely porch. Property management proactively delivered warmer bedding when colder than normal weather was forecast. I don’t often say this, but this unit greatly exceeded our expectations. It was by far the nicest and best located unit in the small complex.

My husband and I came for my birthday week. The home was exactly as pictured. We have stayed in the area before so we were already familiar with the neighborhood. Loved that Goatfeathers was right across the street! Tried Angelina’s pizza for the first time ( ordered a calzone and lasagna) and we will definitely be back for more! We had a great, relaxing week. Took advantage of the puzzles provided and swapped a couple of books with the “ take one leave one “ shelf. I have nothing negative at all to say, we will definitely go back and highly recommend Shore Beats Work!

We stayed for a week with our two little ones and this was the perfect place! Clean, bright and very homey. Loved having the pool steps away, only a short walk to the beach, and a 10 minute bike ride to Seaside. If you do have toddlers my only warning is the number of fragile decorations in the unit - we had to move a lot up high to stay out of reach. :) Host was very responsive - only suggestion would be to add a few more ‘home’ items (a few basic spices, cooking spray etc). We would stay here again!

We had a very relaxing stay at this cute cottage. The location, size, and price was just right for 4 adults with dogs on a short getaway. Our only suggestions are to provide a few more dish towels, and sometimes the decorative tchotchkes got in the way.

The house was in a great location, close to Seaside and close to the beach. Easy to access. Short walk to beach. Great starting location for daily family bike rides. Credit toward gear (used for bikes) was bonus, and made trip even more enjoyable. Nice open floorplan, comfortable beds.

We were so amazed by the property even though it was a 2 bed 2 bath it slept all 5 of us easy great community with nice pool and very close to beach and other adminaties we were in such awe of Santa Rosa beach and sea grove beach that we are now looking at properties to either buy and move to the area or to by a vacation rental this company is just amazing even had a great encounter with maintenance (nothing for our house) just a bunch of friendly people thank you emerald coast vacation rentals for an amazing time

Clean and spacious property. Quiet quaint neighborhood. The location was close to everything with an easy walk to beach and a few restaurants. We rented bikes which was very helpful . A garbage disposal would have been useful. Ice maker took a long time to make ice. Overall a really nice property!

this home was extremely clean and looked brand new. decorated wonderfully and had a relaxing feel that set the tone for our vacation. was less than half a mile to public beach access where we drove/parked our suv. this was our first stay in seagrove and we were super happy as this area seemed more residential and less commercial. publix was only about a mile from the home as we went there to pick up stuff we needed. tried most of the local food stops including donut hut and cafe 30a which were two standouts. there's an asphalt-paved trail along 30a that was great for our morning runs/walks and we enjoyed the beauty of nature by the ocean.
