Our cottage was in a good location: nice and quiet, but close to everything. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Emerald Coast was extremely helpful with letting us change our reservations to get home to Fort Myers before the hurricane hit. They couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We had to cut our time there to just one night, but we will definitely book this cottage again as we frequent the area to visit family. Highly recommend. Diane

2024 beach vacation for us was absolutely phenomenal! This house is perfect for a family of 5. Washer and dryer were a plus so that I could bring home clean clothes. House was as described. We DEFINITELY will be staying here again!!

This place was just right for my family. We all had enough space and felt very comfortable. House was clean and well kept. The pool area was also nice to have just a few steps away. Everything you need is walkable or a short drive away. Very happy with this stay.

This was a great place to stay for our family of five! Proximity is great as it is a short walk/bike ride to the beach and quite a few restaurants. The house was charming and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Highly recommend! I know we'll be back.

Nice clean property that was as comfortable as it was clean...a few cracked tiles, chipped paint but otherwise completely satisfactory. A blocked shower drain from a previous tenant was handled quickly and efficiently. Clear directions and descriptions made everything a whole lot less work and a lot more enjoyable.

Loved our stay here, centrally located to Watercolor, Publix near by, donuts down the street. Very nice, big open space, and comfortable for the four of us and could have fit more on the couch if needed. The attached bathroom to the main bedroom was a bit small, but for me and my husband it was fine. Easy walk to the beach, was great to have 2 parking spots, nice pool with places to lay out. Best part for us was they did not require a week stay. Definitely would recommend.

My family and I came here for a few days before Thanksgiving 2020. It was fantastic. The house is clean, the location is close to the beach, places to eat, shopping, and enjoying the area. Two bedrooms, two baths, and the spacious living area was just perfect for our needs. We love being on the water but after staying at Rob’s place decided being right on the water is overrated. This was quiet, sufficiently private, and the short walk to the beach was no problem. We’d make this our first choice next time we’re in the area.

Cozy and clean little cottage. Not too far to the beach if you have a bike or golf cart. Good communication with owner/management. If you plan on cooking, bring your own spices...other than that, utensils/dishes/pans are provided.

Really clean accommodations perfect for our family of 4. It was a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants (Donut Hut and Hokulia were hits with kids). Pool was convenient and perfect for our little ones (3 & 6).

We took our kids down for Memorial Day weekend and were pleasantly surprised. The property sat in a nice little cottage community, the pool is the perfect size and never felt congested. The cottage itself was very clean and updated. There were nice amenities, we only wished the WiFi had worked while we were there. It’s a nice walk to the beach but the fabulous white sand beaches made it worth it. We loved it so much, we had to extend our stay another night! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a 30A stay!
