This condo was the perfect fit for us! Check in and check out instructions were very simple and clear, the pool was warm and well kept except on tree trimming day, the washer and dryer in our room came in handy, beds were comfy, and the beach access was super easy and convenient. Plus there is a Walmart located within a few minutes of the condo making grocery pick up easy!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect! Steps from the beautiful gulf, steps from the Back Porch restaurant which was delicious food! Pools were easy to get to and the balcony view, we couldn’t get enough! The rental was so clean and looked just like the photos!

The property was wonderful. We stayed 2 nights. 3 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. We stayed at 4 different properties on our trip and this was the best. The kids liked petting the horses and playing games. We fixed a couple of meals and everything we needed was available.

This was my 6th visit to the Sterling Shores property and my 1st time staying in this condo. The size was great for 4 people and the unit was very clean. Very nice view of the water from the balcony. We will be booking with this unit again in 2025. This unit is directly in front of the elevator which makes loading and unloading convenient. You won't hear the elevator at all from inside.

Great condo. Perfect location. Beds are super comfy. Will definitely stay here again. The only negative is the clothes dryer…it’s pretty old. It takes several rounds to get clothes dry.

Home was spacious and clean and updated decorating Beds were VERY comfortable and none of us had issues sleeping. We enjoyed the covered porch is was just as spacious as interior. We didn't cook but kitchen was well Stocked. We would recommend rental and Would book there again

I booked a last minutes weekend getaway for myself, 12 yr old son and husband. We just wanted to relax and we did just that. The view was absolutely beautiful. The beach and restaurant with delicious food was within walking distance. I loved the balcony because I could enter it from my bedroom or the front room. The place was very spacious, clean and neat. I would love to stay here again!

This is our 6th time being in Destin and loved staying at Sterling shores. Great pool for kids and easy access to beach. Very nice and clean grounds. Only thing I would suggest is to have a few more dish towels and couldn’t find any pot holders, which really wasn’t a big deal just used a towel!! We will book this place again!

Clean and nicely decorated condo. They had detail to the little extras you would need. Guest bedroom could use curtain to block outside light and mattress could be better. Overall comfortable couches chair and outside balcony furniture.

We’ve stayed at Sterling Shores for many years when visiting Destin. I love that it has 2 separate pools, close to the beach, close to Back Porch, nice balcony for relaxing and feels like home. This specific unit had beach service (chairs and umbrella) included which was great. I highly recommend Sterling Shores to people visiting Destin. Very clean and well maintained.

This property was very clean. Since we had 2 couples staying there, we enjoyed having both bedrooms with king size beds. There was plenty of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels that lasted our 4 night stay- although we did buy more because of the previous comments. 2 small dish cloths are provided (and a new sponge) but a larger kitchen hand towel or 2 would have been appreciated. A starter pack of coffee and filter would have been appreciated. No coffee or filters were provided. Although clean, there are some areas that could be updated with fresher furnishings. Our only real complaint was the strict check in time. Our flight arrived at 10am and even though no one was in our room the night before and it was clean & ready, we could not get access to our unit until 3.30. An email to the management to request earlier access was unanswered. Not sure how letting us in earlier could’ve hurt. We had a bit of a hard time finding the garbage chute as the instructions posted on the fridge are not accurate and the Parking pass info is outdated. Overall, we had a great stay in #609 The view is fabulous and we really enjoyed going to The Back Porch often. It is pricy but portions are huge and the food is good quality.

The condo was spacious and lovely. The view of the pool and the ocean was spectacular! There were 4 of us staying there and we were fortunate to have a car for part of the stay. That proved to be vital because the necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, dishwasher detergent and even garbage bags were very minimal. I would have to say this property would be more suited for people that plan to eat out, not use the cooking facilities, etc. There was nothing provided in way of beach towels, beach chairs, toys, etc. For guests flying in, this might be problematic. My daughter rented a condo in Sterling Shores at the same time, paid less per night, and the owners had thought of absolutely everything! I would definitely book at Sterling Shores again but will do a deeper dive into what is available when we get there. In full disclosure, the description did say that minimal supplies would be provided but I would have expected the basics, such as paper products(they don't spoil), adequate dishwasher detergent, dish liquid, and basic spices, such as salt and pepper, maybe some coffee for the first few cups, etc. The condo was outfitted with a wide variety of dishes, pots and pans, etc. I would also recommend having aluminum foil, maybe some plastic wrap...again, it doesn't go bad so why not? Also, the description of the beach service' that was supposedly included was unclear because it said 'included' but then listed the price/day for chair rental of $45/day. This property was still very nice just suited to adults without kids.

Would definitely recommend staying here. The location is perfect and you can get to all the best restaurants, activities, and locations in no time from here. The view from the balcony was incredible and made the stay so much better. The pool and beach access were so convenient and helped us avoided fighting to find parking. It was just a short 2 min walk from the elevator to the beach. The condo was extremely clean and went above our expectations. We will be returning and staying here again!

The location of the property is fantastic. The amenities were great. Our unit also allowed us to have beach chairs everyday we were there which was fantastic. Secure parking and keypad entry into the facility helped us feel safe with the family. Facilities were kept clean throughout our stay.

The pictures online looked great but the condo exceeded my expectations! Condo was clean, modern, and beautiful! It was amply supplied with extra pillows, towels, blankets,and extras! There were 2 bogie boards that my grandson used every day! The kitchen had every thing we needed. The balcony looking out to the gulf was INCREDIBLE! It was huge with 2 chaises, 2 chairs and a table with 4 high top chairs. We LOVED our time here and would return!

I had never done VRBO, our friend booked here so we did too. Great location, great pool, great unit. I wish they would have supplied dish soap bc I purchased a small one to do one very small load of dishes. However, the view from our 6th floor was impressive. I loved loved the decor!!! We would def rent again!!!

This condo is a great for the value. It is very clean and well furnished. Chris, the condo owner was amazing to work with. Hurricane Michael had passed through two days before our stay and Chris remained in contact and kept us updated. Anytime we emailed Chris he responded within a few hours. The views are amazing and the addition of the beach service is worth staying here.

If you want a beautifully decorated place to stay with a great view of the crystal blue water this is the place. Coffee every morning on the balcony, which has plenty of seating. Chris is easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. Located by the Back Porch restaurant is a plus!! Beach across the road and a pool with bar as well. We will definitely book this condo next year!

We have stayed at Sterling Shores for 10+ years. This is by far the best condo we have stayed in. The furnishings were great. The kitchen was stocked. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great condo! The condo was SUPER clean, and very well decorated. Fabulous large balcony. Sterling Shores is a VERY well maintained complex with a gated and secure parking lot, onsite and very pleasant maintenance staff, large and beautiful pool, easy beach access, and gorgeous landscaping. Highly reccomend booking this property. The owner is very communicative and was an excellent experience beginning to end. We will be staying here again.

We stayed the week of May 26 - June 2 and had a wonderful week. We visit Destin and stay at Sterling Shores every year (the kids love this place). The unit is very clean, updated, and well decorated. Chris was great to work with and we had zero issues during our stay. We even had Tropical Storm Alberto to deal with and it did not spoil the fun.

My family had an amazing stay in Destin for Spring Break. This condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and super convenient to everything! Short walk to the beach and some restaurants. Grocery is nearby, views are amazing and the hosts are super easy to work with. They are true professionals. Our needs were exceeded. We would book again and we would highly recommend!
