The cottage was absolutely adorable and just as charming as the pictures! The pool was a wonderful addition, right there at our doorstep. It was a short stroll to the shops and restaurants. Plus, a quick 5-minute ride to Seaside was a treat we really enjoyed. Great weekend getaway for a girls trip.

We stayed this past week and LOVED it. The house was very clean and looked like the pictures. We loved that the beach was just a short walk away! It was fall break so other places were very busy and crowded, however, this location felt very peaceful and quiet. We will be booking again on our next trip! Would highly recommend!

This was a perfect house for 2 couples. The house is decorated well and has a cute and cozy feel to it. The location is perfect for riding bikes along 30A, including to the beach. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch each morning and the pool right there in the neighborhood. We would stay here again!

This place was in a great location for what we needed. The neighborhood felt very safe, peaceful, and quiet. We really enjoyed being within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and places like Seaside and Rosemary beach are just a short drive away. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

This stay was so so adorable! The house was so cute inside & out. It is so so walkable to the beach, to local gas stations/convenience stores, a few restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The owners were very responsive & informative. Would highly recommend to any family/group of friends coming to Santa Rosa. This area is so peaceful and free from the higher traffic areas like Seaside/Rosemary Beach BUT is less than a 5-10 minute drive from either of these cities to enjoy all their benefits! Overall 10/10!

We were back for the second time. Once again, the house was perfectly clean and exactly as listed online. The pool had some sort of algae growth literally overnight, and I was impressed that it was treated/taken care of so quickly. The young man who took care of it was hard-working, efficient and courteous. The golf and bikes that were included were a terrific bonus. The only issue we experienced was at the beach. The beach area directly in front of the walkway has now been purchased by a condo and is private, which meant walking down a distance to where we could set up for the day. It wasn’t a huge deal (first world problem, for sure), just slightly inconvenient when carrying chairs, umbrella, etc. We would rent with this company again, and perhaps look for a place where the beach was more accessible. Lastly, excellent response time to questions. Always prompt answers, pointing me in the right direction.

Very nice, clean, quiet. Liked that it was one cul-de-sac-type street around a nice pool. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants. The only negatives were the sink drain plugs in the bathrooms either weren't there at all, or got stuck closed...a problem for contact lens wearers. Also, my family member said the faucet on the hallway bathroom sink came completely off. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Luna Sea for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The cottage was exactly as described. The decor was tasteful and we had everything we needed. We liked having the community pool just steps away and beach access was conveniently located. We definitely plan to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at the property immensely and felt pretty fancy. The kitchen is missing some important items, but nothing that we weren't able to overcome (ice cream scoop, tongs, spatula, etc.). Two families felt very comfortable here, and we enjoyed the access to the golf cart very much. There's no sand in our car!
