KK’s Beach House was absolutely wonderful! We took my 15 year-old daughter and a friend down there for spring break along and we all loved it. Felt right at home. 3 blocks from the beach, great cafes and restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at KK's Beach House. The place was just as described, clean and had the amenities you need for a stay. You do need to bring extra cooking spices etc. But everything you need to eat and cook with is provided. The area was beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely book here again in the future.

We stayed at KK house for 6 days. House located at convenient and desirable location, within 7-10 min walk to the beach. Everything was sparkly clean, kitchen has what is needed for our short vacation.Beautiful and safe neighborhood. I would recommend this airbnb to everyone.

We had a lovely stay at KK’s beach house. The communal pool was a highlight along with the convenient location. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the house. There are a few restaurants within walking distance along with a convenience store. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, 2023. We were 4 adults, 2 couples. This house is very nice and comfy for 4. I'd say not more than 4, though, seating is limited. It's across the street from the pool, small and quiet and has barbecue grills. We walked 1500 steps from our door to the water, about 3 blocks. This public beach entrance does not offer golf cart parking so you really have to walk this one. There is golf cart parking at an entrance further away (note: the house does not provide a golf cart). This house is clean and everything works great. The kitchen has everything you need. I do recommend this house for a party of 4.

The photos don’t really do it justice. Much more spacious than anticipated. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac. This space exceeded expectations and would certainly look to stay again if available the next time. Highly recommend.

This home was wonderful and located in a perfect spot. The owners were also wonderful to work with. Could not have been a better vacation! The only thing we could mention is a couple minor details the cleaning crew missed. But nothing major and we will certainly be back.

Great location and value!! Pool was easy for kiddos. Rented a golf cart, which made beach access even easier. Parking was sometimes difficult in shuffling 2 vehicles and the golf cart however. We had a great time. Highly recommend!

This is a great house and it’s perfect for a small family. Great location. Easily walk to the beach if your not carrying too much. The oven didn’t work and the front burners also did not work but everything else was great.

We had a lovely stay at KK’s Beach House. It’s in a good location with quick and easy beach access. The hot water heater sprung a leak our first day and they had a maintenance crew out the next day to fix it. The main space is spacious and cozy. Standard rental appliances and cookware in the kitchen - nothing special here. But all in all, a great stay.

This was our first trip since 2019 and we had a wonderful stay in Seagrove Beach! I tore my calf muscle four weeks before coming so it was easy to get a golf cart rental and to and from the beach. The house was perfect for just us two. We cooked in a few times but it was convenient to all eateries in Seagrove and Seaside. Thanks for a relaxing stay!

We loved our stay out KK’s beach house. The house was clean and was the perfect size for two adult couples. The pool was nice and there was access to it right out of the front door but it was not loud or anything. The beach is a short walk from the house. Once you get out of the neighborhood it is just one block up to the public access. The house is also within walking distance to a decent number of local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

our stay at KK’s cottage was awesome. It is decorated in comfort table but stylish beachy style and is so adorable and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the WiFi was easy to access and fast. I love the little cul de sac neighborhood which made it feel safe and cozy. The walkable beach accesses are not clearly marked so A guide to show where all of the beach accesses are in relation to the cottage would be great. I would say the nearest access that we found is about a 10 minute walk, down a street and around a corner about a block. More than two blocks as listed by another reviewer. The pool is small but clean and the amenities were very nice, deck chairs, hammocks, tables. . There are great restaurants all around this area and a Publix less than a mile away. I would stay here again. Thanks so much!

Beautiful little cottage! I spent a short three day vacation with my kids here. We rode bikes anywhere we wanted to go! Short/easy two blocks from beach access. Swimming pool is right outside the front door. Home was super clean and the decor was perfect! Comfy beds as well! Here are some helpful items to bring when you stay - hairdryer, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, extra toilet paper and paper towels, laundry detergent and dish soap. If you plan on cooking, bring your seasonings and any other essential items you need/prefer. (aluminum foil, cooking oil, zip lock bags, etc.)
