This darling bungalow is perfect for a family of 4-5 people. It is cozy, well stocked and the location is ideal for enjoying 30A. The traffic is AWFUL in the summer so it’s nice to have a few restaurants you can walk to (we love Angelina’s). There is a small pool literally steps outside the front door. Beach is a 10 minute walk if that. The street is very quiet. Our host was wonderful & helped quickly with a few minor issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We have been coming to 30A every summer for over 20 years….this one will stay on the top of my list. 10/10

The bungalow was exactly as pictured! Nestled among the trees, it felt peaceful, quiet, and almost like camping in the woods.It was small but worked well for our family with a 5-year-old and an almost 3-year-old. My only minor complaints were limited counter space in the master bathroom and a kitchen that could have used a few more cookware items, but neither impacted our stay. The walk to the beach was manageable, even for our toddler. We used the complimentary credit to rent a wagon and umbrella, which made the walk to the beach easier. Older children or adults should have no issues but I could see it being hard with a baby, unless you had them in a wagon or stroller. The pool is small, but we never had trouble finding chairs. Typically there were only 1-2 families enjoying the pool at each time so it was never too crowded. The management company was incredibly responsive and even gave us a lower rate than originally quoted when we decided to add a day. I appreciated their transparency. Overall, we had a great experience and would not hesitate to rent from this company again. Thank you!

This little house was perfect for our girls trip! Walking distance to Cafe 30A. Beach access is a bit of a walk especially if you have a lot of beach gear but there is a beach access with parking about a mile and half down highway 30A. Would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay, very quiet neighborhood. The home looked like exactly like the pictures, very clean, very comfy bed. The walk to the beach was a little further then we expected, but overall not that bad. The restaurants within walking distance are Mexican, 2 Pizza places, Donuts, Seafood Market and a Seafood place. Great walking path adjacent to the main road, as we walked a few miles each day. Definitely would recommend renting bikes, or a golf cart to get around.

Home was modest but comfortable, in a central location, and just a short walk from the beach. Back yard was small but sufficient. Could have used a few more items in the kitchen (chopping board, cheese grater, etc.), but overall it was pretty well stocked. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, on a cul de sac off 30A. Would rent again!

House was nice. Great location. We used the Santa Rosa Public Beach access. It had a wooden ramp that went all the way to the beach. It was great for our beach wagon. Would also be good if you had someone with limited mobility or in a wheelchair.

This property worked out great for what we were looking for We could bike ride along 30A each day, the pool was nice, it was a short walk to the beach, and had a yard for our dog. We will probably choose this spot again for our next trip. Also - it was one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed at.

This Airbnb was in such a great location. We were less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and within 10 minute drive from all the places we wanted to visit. Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach were also less than 20 minute drive away. This area felt very safe and tucked away. Our Airbnb included all the essentials, and it felt very spacious. Although some parts of the home felt dated, it was still a very cute cottage. The pool area was clean and nice to have access to. The Emerald Coast company didn’t really communicate much with us. They seemed very hands-off unless there was an issue, which they were prompt to fix. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at this Airbnb and would recommend it to couples and small families!

We have in the past rented a condo nearby. This year we decided to take our dog and our teenage sons best friend. The house is a short walk to the beach, Tom Thumb, and other shops and restaurants. It was clean, well maintained, and our dog loved the fenced in area so he could roam freely. The pool was fantastic and relaxing. We had no complaints with the property.

Beach Bum Hideaway was perfect for a Christmas week getaway! Nicely furnished and updated individual house in a small subdivision about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet and away from traffic noise. Great location near restaurants and shops. Justin, the property manager was quick to respond to any needs we had. We would definitely stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised with this home and neighborhood. Everything was as described and clean upon arrival. The furniture is above average for a rental property. All appliances worked very well. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Although this is a pet friendly house, there were no signs of previous four legged guests. Of note, the pictures indicated a fully fenced back yard, which we discovered was not the case. We simply kept our dog on a leash when going outside. The beach was a simple walk, as well as the numerous restaurants and shops along 30A. We would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you for having us.

We were very impressed with Beach Bum Hideaway. The property looks just like the pictures. The property manager was always prompt in answering my questions and very helpful at all times. :) The house was very clean and well-kept. We loved how the entire house was set up and the decorations. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. I am so grateful that this property allowed our dog to join us on his first beach vacation! This property is close to everything, especially the beach. We also loved the on-site swimming pool. Everything was well thought out and we will definitely be back!

Great location, walking distance to the beach. We ride bikes everywhere we go during the day usually going to Seaside and Grayton Beach which are both a short ride from this house. The house is clean and roomy with a well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Definitely would stay here again.
