The Seahaunts 6A property was perfect for our family beach vacation! It’s a beautiful property, steps from the beach, and located in a quiet gated community. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the items you would need for a week’s vacation. We brought our two dogs and they had spacious lawn areas just out front for them to run around and do their business. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance (Papa Surf Burger Bar, Shunk Gully, and Pecan Jacks Ice Cream were some of our favorites). The host was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. We would most definitely book this property again in the future!

Seahaunts is a very nice gated community, well arranged and right on the beach. Halfway walk to Shunk Gully or Goatfeathers. Unit A6 was great, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Not our first Emerald Coast stay, and they consistently respond well and promptly. My continued first choice when visiting SRB.

Wow! What a fabulous Townhouse. We rented this for a wedding we were attended. Three couples shared the space. We loved sitting on the main floor balcony, catching up. We were so glad we had access to Beach chairs because the beach access was so close. The property was well equipped with items to get us started. The pool was right nearby. We would return here for sure, in the future!

Fantastic place! We’ve been coming to 30a for 20+ years and stayed at multiple properties. This was one of our favorites. It had multiple private beach access points that were easily accessible and 1 public beach access right outside the main privacy gate. The home was clean and comfortable and hosted my family well. Beautiful view of the sunset over the gulf from the 2nd floor balcony!

The Seahaunts at Santa Rosa are one of our fav places to stay, so we were beyond excited when we found this place available for our getaway to paradise. It is conveniently located just steps away from the private beach access and pool! Trust me when I say this is a must have for a beach trip! The home was large with bedrooms spread out nicely. Plenty of utensils and cookware to make fixing food super easy. It was nice having a bathroom for each main bedroom especially for the girls. Very nice upgraded unit and we will be back soon.

We loved this townhome. It was as the pictures show and the beach is just a short walk away. It was peaceful, clean, and safe. Very family friendly if you have littles. The only downfall is the bottom bedroom gets pretty hot in the evenings and at night.

We really enjoyed this place! Sea Haunts is a great, gated townhome community south of 30A, making the walk to the beach a breeze. We really enjoyed the privacy (it’s an end unit and we did not have neighbors on the other side). The beach was really not that crowded, especially given the time of year. Nice grassy common area to take my dog out. Great proximity to Gulf Place. We walked to Papa Surf Burger Bar for dinner. The only slightly awkward thing (but certainly wasn’t a deal breaker for us) is that you must go through the first level bedroom to get in and out of the front door. Just something to be aware of if privacy is a concern. Also, we could not find any kitchen towels, dishcloths, or potholders so just something we wanted to note. We figured someone might have washed them and forgot to put them back. Additionally, we could not get the master bedroom tv to turn off with the remote or power button, so we had to unplug it. The owner did a lovely job of updating the place. Very cute! We enjoyed the beautiful weather and would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed at the Sea Haunts 3 times prior to this stay and this is our favorite unit yet! Communication with the property manager was fantastic. Door/gate codes and instructions started a week prior to our visit with reminders the day before and day of check-in. The unit was very clean with and superbly updated. Showers were awesome and large with marble touches and niches for everything and teak seats for the ladies. Views were fantastic and the pool/hot tub situation is great for the red and double red flag days at the beach. We and our 5 kids love this place and hope to book it again next year. Wonderful spot on 30A!! Love it!

This is a beautiful place to stay in a wonderful area. The gated courtyard area is very pretty and well maintained. On the beach in minutes. We were able to use the hot tub from neighboring condo rental which was a great way to end our evening. Pool is not heated but is big and would be useful during the summer months. We had a great time walking to nearby establishments all with great food! Thanks for a break from our winter back home.

Although our trip was short this townhome was PERFECT for our family! We have two toddlers and the upstairs master suit had a small room attached with a trundle bed where both of our kids slept. The location of the beach (1 minute walk) made it so easy to be at the beach whenever we wanted! Just a 3 minute car ride to a bunch of shops and restaurants, this VRBO is ideal for any family!

This place was amazing. Good view and even better condo. Lots of space. Had everything we needed. Short walk to great food and ice cream. The walk to the beach was very easy and the pool wasn’t crowded at all. Barely anyone on the beach so you don’t have to worry about setting up your umbrella or canopy early in the morning. Rental exceeded expectations! Location is excellent. Unit was clean and updated. So appreciated that the owner provided abundance of beach chairs and umbrellas. Would love to return and bring my elderly mom, but concerned that stairway railing does not extend the full length of stairway. This is only recommendation I would make.

This was our first vacation at the beach that we used Vrbo. To say that we were pleased, would be an understatement. We stayed in Unit 6A and loved it. The owners have created such a lovely home that fit our family perfectly. It’s beautifully decorated with everything you need. Just like being at home. It’s a great location and just a short little stroll to the beach. We would love to make this our yearly go to place at the beach. It definitely deserves a 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The condo was recently renovated and had every accommodation including access to a private beach. Four bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. The beach here was PRISTINE with white sand and clear warm Gulf water. We loved it!

We really enjoyed the condo at Sea Haunts. The accommodations are great for 6 to 8 people. The garage was excellent for storing valuables such as bikes, hitch racks, coolers and beach gear. The unit has been recently remodeled and looks great. My only caution would be for someone that is unable to climb stairs very well. The main living area is on the 2nd floor and there are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the 3rd floor. We would love to come back to this unit again!

This is our third year staying here and we’ll be back again next year. The owners have recently remodeled and improved on what was already a fantastic place to stay. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We love getting donuts every morning at Charlie’s. Stinky’s and Goat Feathers are 2 of our favorite restaurants. Enjoyed ice cream at Pecan Jacks.

This unit was terrific and loved all the updates which included 3 full baths and great kitchen! We were lucky to be the first to stay in the renovated unit and the renovations did not disappoint. I have rented in Sea Haunts previously in other units but will definitely be back to this unit. Icing on the cake was that I was able to bring my dog!

Loved our stay with this property again! Love that we can come here and completely relax away from all the tourism areas yet those places are very conveniently accessed. This year had a slight twist as we rode out Hurricane Sally which brings me to the structural integrity of the condo we were in. Never once felt we were in danger and most of us who aren't storm fanatics slept soundly through landfall. Property is pristine as always and we are already planning our next trip back!

This was just perfect for our family - Nana was happy downstairs and 4 kids and two parents fit perfectly upstairs. But the best thing was the proximity to the pool and ocean along with the fantastic patio with a view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were cozy-- we would definitely stay here again!

Traveling with our 12 and 14 year old and our dog (first time for her and first time for all of us on the Florida panhandle). We loved the layout of this gated townhouse community -with the grass courtyard out front, patio out back, LL bedroom (where 14-year old stayed), the balcony that had views of the gulf, and the closeby walk to the beach and the heated pool and hottub at San Remo. 6A is as described and pictures are accurate. Yes, it's a little older, but it was clean and the beds were in good shape --that is what I cared about. The kitchen had what we needed for the week, the maintenance guy came the next day for replacement of blinds, a light bulb and kitchen drawer pull. Maybe 4 of the townhouses had renters during this time (more were coming the week after we left), so that made it extra nice. It felt safe and was a nice walk to Pecan Jack's for ice cream. I think my only suggestion would be to post some simple directions for the TV --we figured it out, but it took a bit to know what input to choose. The beach area is beautiful with fine, white sand. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and it is obvious that the owners care for this area and their home!

Once I got over the fact that you have to walk through the 3rd bedroom every time you go in or out of the house, it was a fabulous stay. The garage space was a real bonus for storing bikes and things. The equipment provided for enjoying the beach was outstanding. Access to pool and hot tub was a real treat. House truly does sleep eight, but living area doesn’t really seat eight. We weren’t inside that much so it didn’t really matter.

We had a great experience at this property! We were there for a family vacation/ “birthday on the beach”celebration. The townhome was very well maintained! Very clean and beautifully decorated!
