Dunes of Seagrove 301B

It was a great place to stay. The pool was very nice and usually not many in it. The beach was gorgeous. The queen bed creaked some and the fan needed to be replaced. We couldn’t get the coffee maker to work and they sent someone pretty quickly to help us. It was a great place overall!

First time staying in the Seagrove area of 30A & we loved exploring that area. It was great having a pool when Tropical storm occurred and not allowed in ocean. My kids loved having a gym & pickleball courts. We had a fabulous time!

The condo was huge and the views were wonderful! Loved eating breakfast and having coffee on the balcony/porch! Everything was so comfortable and no amenities were missed! Direct access to the beach and the pool was great! The best place we’ve rented in 4 years in the Seaside vicinity!

The refrigerator has a broken trim on the bottom shelf, the kitchen counters were not clean, the master bed room has a crack on the ceiling over the bed and a small hole in the wall behind the door. Overall the place was GREAT, loved the location and the balcony is WONDERFUL!!!

We did recently discover the broken fridge part that a previous guest did not report, but the parts have arrived and it is being repaired.

We had a nice visit here at the property. It was spacious and user friendly. I would suggest cleaning the carpet but other than that the location was great and getting to and fro the beach was ideal with kids.

I was looking for a property with a gulf view, beach access & near the Old Florida Fish House for a birthday celebration weekend. This property hit all the marks… I would definitely reserve this one again!

Condo and property were great! Internet and TV were having issues and they had a company rewiring the complex during the week. We didn't care because we were on vacation and enjoyed the beach and pool.

30A and Seagrove area has been our go to beach destination for over 20 years. Dunes of Seagrove is perfect balance of luxury at affordable price to stay at beachside. When available we love to stay on an end unit overlooking the water but did not have that opportunity this time. Management was easy to contact for any questions or issues.

The place was in excellent condition with everything you would need for a week at the beach. Really enjoyed the chair/umbrella service that was provided daily. One less thing to have to worry about. Also, pool area was very clean and monitored regularly. Loved the view from the balcony. Very quiet in this area away from the hustle and bustle.

The condo has been updated in recent years and very comfortable for our family of 4 with extra room when my adult daughter came by for 2 nights . The pool was a very nice addition to the beach. We arrived the day of tropical storm Alberto and they were very accommodating and allowed us in the condo a couple of hours early to get us out of the storm. We will book this condo again.

We loved our week at Dunes of Seagrove. The condo was wonderful, and we loved the spacious balcony. The owner happened to be in Seagrove the same week and responded quickly and took care of a very minor problem. We definitely hope to return!

The condo was exceptionally clean and has been beautifully updated with new furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need while staying including a crockpot! The beach and pool views from our balcony were perfect. Super easy, QUIET beach access. One of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. We hope to be able to come back again! This truly is the perfect family gathering place on 30A! I can't say enough about this condo! We had a family of 7 and all were comfortable in this beautifully decorated beach haven. Spacious and plenty of room to move about. The rooms were carefully planned and perfectly furnished. The balcony was ideal for watching the waves and beach activity while enjoying breakfast or lunch overlooking the pool. The pool and hot tub were a welcome oasis after our day on the beach either playing volleyball, kayaking or strolling along the seashore. Anything you would possibly need for a perfect vacation was not only within this family friendly condo, but also offered by on the beach by the beach chair service which by the way was also outstanding! The service offered rentals from kayaks to stand-up boards and even supplied the volleyball! All facilities at this condo offered something for everyone in our family. A well stocked kitchen with every gismo and gadget imaginable gave us the opportunity to easily cook our meals. We were not missing a single thing to keep this family of 7 happy and content at this beach haven. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for that perfect family gathering place. The reservation process was easy as Alan took care of everything to make sure our arrival and departure were smooth sailing. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at this unit over the last few years and find it to be a great value in the heart of 30A. The unit is perfect for a family of four, plus a couple of friends and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The balcony overlooks the beach and the pool area so easy to keep on eye on the kids. The owner has done a good job of furnishing the unit where it has a home-like feel and not just a standard rental.

We stayed in this unit fromDecember 12th to March 12th; it is like the pictures shown. We would have liked the weather to be warmer in January but that did not deter us from having a wonderful time. It was very nicely decorated and we were happy to have visitors stay with us. Our young grandchildren were with us for Christmas and Santa put the gifts under the palm tree on the deck. What fun! They also enjoyed going ghost crabbing after dark on the beach. We also enjoyed watching the dolphins! We went on a Dolphin Cruise out of Destin and saw many many dolphins. Awesome! Everyone in the office were very personable and helpful. Fred and Mary
