Absolutely stunning! Property is gorgeous and super clean, had everything we needed. Right on the beach and chairs were available to rent. Only 20 for a single chair for the day as we didn’t need the whole set up with umbrella (55 day) Close to restaurants and stores, my older kids walked to a lot of places. Pool was very clean, it was NOT heated and very cold but we swam anyways. Hot tub was cranking and warm and did break down at one point, but someone came to fix it right away. Beach was pristine with crystal clear water and we were lucky the water was very calm, although chilly at this time of year. Again, we swam anyways! Hosts were very friendly and helpful, we were allowed to use the pool and beach before our actual check in time since we arrived in town early. We forgot our parking passes and they helped us sort that out as well. Easy checkout! BUMMER: A beautiful balcony right on the gulf and no table?? Would have loved to enjoy meals or drinks out there, but the cheap short Dollar General chairs the had left you staring at the railing and looking for a place to set your stuff. Otherwise this place is absolutely perfect and we would definitely love to return!

Beautiful condo, easy access and covered parking was a definite added plus!! Plenty of things in the kitchen to prepare and cook meals! We brought a few personal utensils and personal pans with lids, that made things more convenient, but it was only because of previous experiences with rental properties that had us thinking ahead. The only issue we had was a kind of musty/spoiled food kind of smell when we came in, but we went and picked up some febreez and it helped a lot! The screen door to the balcony wasn’t on the tracks, but luckily it was early enough in the season there were no big issues at all. The views on the balcony were amazing any time of day!!! From sitting out there early in the morning during sunrise, to ending the day with a meal watching the sunset, it never disappointed! Watching people crabbing after sundown was really cool! Close access to the beach, a really clean pool and pool area was also very relaxing! Great grill area, charcoal and gas grills, and was also very clean! My daughter accidentally left her ID in a drawer in the other bedroom, not only did they contact us within a couple of hours, but had it in the mail back to us on Monday!! Amazing communication and service!!We would definitely love to stay at this property again in the future!

We had a wonderful week here watching dolphins surf the waves every morning. The pool is clean, maintained, and never crowded. We always found chairs and shade if needed. The beach is to die for - I cannot believe how clear the water is and how soft the sand is. The chair & umbrella company was super convenient as well. Perfect location in the middle of everything - never drove more than 5 minutes to get to a grocery store or restaurant. The unit was clean, very spacious and the perfect layout. I'm tempted to go ahead and book our stay next spring break!

The corner until was great! Wonderful view down the beach and could see the pool and hot tub from the balcony. I did have to call the manager for a few issues, but those were related to the cleaning staff and not the condo. They answered the phone right away and were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this condo for a week get away

We love this property so much that we’ve stayed there three times now. It’s very quiet and the location is great. The unit itself was as advertised. The only thing I wish it had was a table on the balcony so we could eat out there.

Hi! Our stay overall was great. We did not have a refrigerator for the first 3 days - so we weren’t able to utilize the kitchen. We had to all meals out which was expensive. The master shower is leaking around the corner… not an issue but wanted to make you aware. It will pool on the ledge and then flow over onto the floor. The vent outside the guest bedroom could use painting/cleaning. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The property was as described and was very spacious and clean. Check in process and communication was excellent and we had no issues with codes, instructions or accessibility. The beach is wonderful, pool and hot-tub are well maintained and beach service was super easy. The kitchen was well appointed in terms of dishes and cookware (I could not find pot holders to remove a pizza pan from the oven so maybe bring one of your own!). Take note that the management company stating there are starter items only (trash bags, dish tabs etc) is very true. You’ll likely need to stock up on things like TP and dishwashing liquid if you plan to use the kitchen for in condo meals. There were sheets for the pull out couch but not extra pillows or blankets, however we had our own anyhow. We loved the layout with bedrooms at opposite end of the unit. A number of restaurants, shops and attractions were within walking distance and despite heavy traffic it was easy to get around. The absolute best part was the very roomy balcony with spectacular views of the gulf and being right on the beach. Being steps away all day long was perfect for our trip.

Plenty of space, great views and all the kitchenware we needed for a week’s stay. Once we got used to all the codes, everything went smoothly. Great property. The only issue we had was unit construction above us made for a noisy second half of our stay. Must have been renovations.

What a great place to stay. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The beds were great and the decor was very nice. The balcony and view were fantastic. The pool is heated and the outside area was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was in excellent condition, presentation, location. Great accommodations and ocean view. Sunrise and Sunset in September. Right on the beach with a nice pool area. A mile from Starbucks, Target, Windixie, great restaurants. Request the codes two days ahead. Very easy access.

We enjoyed our week stay at our condo. The unit was everything we expected it to be and more! Perfect location, absolutely beautiful beach, clean and private.
