Thank you for the 5-star review. Glad Destin on the Gulf 703 was a great value and that you enjoyed the peaceful, uncrowded beach. We appreciate the recommendation and hope to host you again soon.

Beautiful condo period. Everything listed was present. Great view from the balcony and master. Very quiet location inside/out. Clean throughout whole property. Easy chair rental program. Easy parking w gate code. Secure. All appliances were in good shape and working. This exact location was all we could ask for! The white sand, the glass top water, everything. You will not be disappointed. We recommend The Donut Hole(more than just donuts) and Dewey’s for great eats. We will most def be back in 2-3 years as we rotate through our favs.

Totally agree on The Donut Hole and Dewey’s…solid choices. Really appreciate your private notes too – we’ve already passed them along so we can keep making the place even better. Photos were exactly what we showed up to. The unit was clean and spacious. The location is perfect with it being near all the amenities but far enough from the larger condos and hotels that the beach does not feel crowded. Beach service was already there but not provided with our condo rental, however, it was so easy to book that it didn't make a difference to us. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. We would stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Only downside was the dryer not working properly.

Thank you, Angie. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. I love how close everything is to Destin on the Gulf. I wish you would have said something about the dryer while you were here. I will assure you this has been reported to maintenance. We would love to have you back again.
