Perfect condo for a small group trip to the beach ! Convenient location & clean condo.

Our stay was incredible and this unit was a big part of that. A 2 minute walk to the beach, clean and spacious condo with great views. I appreciate the vacuum in the closet as the sand could be dealt with instead of feeling like I’m walking in the Sahara all the time. The pool was always clean and not crowded. Elevators worked great and parking was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was well-appointed and comfortable. I might recommend a blackout blind in the front bedroom window. We loved the location and views of the ocean. The beach was gorgeous and not overcrowded. We could see the Boardwalk fireworks from the front porch. My one concern was the elevator situation. One of the two elevators was down our whole trip - but they were working on it the entire week. The working elevator went down during an electrical storm and my 74 year old husband had to be rescued by the fire department. Luckily they got it working the next day.We will definitely book here again. Ann

We had a great time. The location is slightly remote with restaurants a little more than waking distance away though there are a couple within-in a mile that I walked to and the walk was beautiful and safe. The condo was as pictured with the only disappointment being that one shower was missing the piece needed for it to be used as a shower and could only be used as a bath. The view was gorgeous and the ease of getting to the beach for walks and enjoying the wildlife was amazing. We saw dolphins each day. Chair and umbrella service was great and so friendly. Uber was available with quick response time and safe. As a mom with 2 teens I was very happy and would return. This is a family friendly destination.

Everything went so smoothly with our vacation at this condo. Staying on the 7th floor, we had an amazing view on the beach and sunrise. Everything was easily accessible. The water was so clear and a beautiful blue. The beach sand was clean and so soft.

My family and I had another great stay here. Everything in the condo worked, and it was very clean. The TV remote in the den was kind of glitchy, but looking at the ocean from the couch was much more important than watching TV. Great condo, great location.

The condo was exactly what the pictures showed. The layout of the condo was great for giving us space. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view of the ocean was awesome. The exercise room, pool and customer service were great too. We also appreciated the added support for planning excursions; i.e. sunset cruise and snorkeling were fun. It was awesome to take a vacation and get what we we anticipated and needed :)

Great stay with private access to beach was so important to us. So glad we decided on vacationing for a whole week. Condo is close to many restaurants and shopping. Our family had a great time.

The condo was beautiful but the view from the balcony was absolutely breath taking! Would 100% stay here again. They did a wonderful job communicating with us when we arrived, I could not have asked for more!

The condo is exactly as pictured; great layout with a wonderful view of the beach! It was really nice to have a second bedroom with 2 double beds and a second bath for our children. The pool on the property is nice and well maintained. I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs and umbrella though. There are chairs set up daily for patron use, but they must be reserved daily and they're pricy to rent. There are a lot of dining options around if you don't want to cook and easy access to several grocery stores if you do. We would rebook this condo in a heartbeat!

Fantastic view from this 7th floor balcony. Two elevators worked great and we rarely had to wait. The gated beach access is easy to use and keeps the crowds away providing a more relaxing beach experience that was very much appreciated. Comfortable updated condo with a well stocked kitchen in a building that is starting to feel a bit dated but well maintained. Owner communicated well and check in was easy. Had a great stay and would recommend.

The unit was nice and decorated beachy. We loved the view! The only problem we had was that our door didn’t stay locked so that had to be fixed. It wasn’t a problem and got fixed promptly. They guy we told about the door tried to get an attitude with us but other than that everything was good. The balcony could use some better furniture. They set umbrellas and chairs out in front of the condo everyday so you have to walk to the ends of them if you bring your own which wasn’t horrible because there wasn’t another big condo beside it so you had plenty of room.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It is in a quiet, peaceful location on the beach in Destin. The unit is updated and has all the amenities you could think of. There are two beds in the first room and there is a king size bed in the masters suite with an attached bathroom. The master suite has views and a window the overlook the beach and pool below. The same view from the balcony is unobstructed as there are two lots that are not yet built on. The kitchen has everything you need too. There is plenty of parking. Two elevators, luggage carts, easy beach access. It’s too easy, not to have a good time here.
