This was our second time staying in this condo, and it's become one of our favorite beach vacation spots! We traveled with our extended family, and it was the perfect place for all of us to relax, spend time together, and make wonderful memories.The condo is super clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Last year it was gorgeous, but this year’s renovations blew us away. We loved spending time on the balcony with coffee in the morning and winding down in the evenings while taking in the beautiful ocean views.The location couldn't be better, with easy beach access. The owners were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. We highly recommend it to families. We can't wait to come back again!

Great property & Enjoyable stay. The Commodore Retreat was as described. The host provided adequate supplies to get us through until we could reach a store. And also kept us informed of everything we needed to know for the property, like trash day, beach access, parking passes, etc. The beach was amazing and beautiful, as were the views from our unit. We loved having the beach chairs to use every day. The pool was nice and clean; however, it was too cold for us to get into during our stay. The "lagoon" on the beach was the highlight of our trip! It was shallow, warmer, and the perfect place for young kids to play. We love FL and 10/10 recommend staying in this area/at this property.

We love staying here. Internet wasn’t working when we checked in but they had someone come out and fix it with no problems. Great communication. Convenient first floor and right on the beach is great. Close to restaurants and shops. Great place to stay with two small kids (4 year old and 11 week old). Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo with incredible view of the water. 4-story building so not too crowded, private beach access, comfortable bed, very easy parking, apartment equipped with all the necessities, very responsive management, great place to relax. Floor needs a little more attention, hard to keep everything clean at the beach. WiFi problem was speedily addressed. Will happily stay here again.

This was the perfect spot we needed for a quick relaxation trip to 30A. It has been many years since we have been to 30A and I’ve always loved the beaches here. This spot delivered exactly what we were looking for. A beautiful ocean view from the porch and two chairs to take in the sun and salt air.

Our stay at Emerald coast was great! Any questions I had they were quick to respond to! The location was great! Chair service on the beach was perfect, they set the chairs up for us every morning all we had to do was show up. We plan to stay here again in the future.

We have stayed in this building several times by booking directly with ECVR. The units have always been clean and as described in the listings. The location on the beach is by far the biggest draw. In addition, there are several places to eat within a 15-20 minute walk. I’m certain we will return in the future.

My wife and I needed a little beach get away and this place was perfect. For just the 2 of us, there was plenty of room. The bed was nice, the kitchen was updated and the tv in the den was great! It is located right in the middle of 30a, so easy driving to anywhere you want to go. The condo is right on the beach and an easy walk from the condo. My wife and I loved this place and want to come back every summer. Great bargain for an ocean front condo.

Small older property directly on beautiful private beach. Condo was very clean, good quiet location right off 30A. I was glad to be on 1st floor since elevator was not working. Hopefully it will be repaired by my next visit as I definitely plan to return.

Best place on the beach. Everything close that we needed. A lot of construction in the area, but did not effect our stay. Just drive slowly past the workers! Only thing was no parking for persons visiting us, otherwise no complaints

This place is exactly how it looks. The location is great with easy access to beach. Could have used a keurig but other than that everything we needed was there. You will have to bring all you spices including salt and pepper.

The View did not disappoint! Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Having our chairs and umbrella waiting for us each morning was a great bonus. We plan to return!

We have been down here a few times. Love the location, quiet yet accessible, enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. Having coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins play was relaxing. Already planning next trip. Thanks!

Secluded beach with not a lot of crowds, crystal clear water. Condo was perfect for our family. View from condo was unmatched and worth every penny. This condo is at the far end of 30a which is preferred instead of being in the crazy of all the traffic and spring breakers. We would definitely go back. We loved our stay!!!

This condo is located in a great area, a bit tucked away, on the ocean (great view) & very close to Eastern Lake. The area has a great friendly, low-key vibe. It is secure. People leave their shoes, umbrellas, toys on the boardwalk - it feels a bit old school. I would definitely stay there again!

We love the Seagrove beach area, and unit 102, Commodore Retreats is a wonderful location. Loved the pool, and of course the awesome beach front access.

We loved this location! The unit was perfect for my two daughters and I. A nice bike ride to town everyday... loved it! The only improvement we would suggest is a nicer table/chair set up on the balcony (lots of time spent out there!) and a new bed mattress—- we actually ended up sleeping on the fold out couch because it was more comfortable! You can’t go wrong with this location!!

Just had to thank you and Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals for the terrific accommodations this past week at Commodore's Retreat #102 in Seagrove Beach. We checked in on Sat., March 25 and out yesterday, April 1; conf #WR131324. It was so convenient to have the key code entry for both the unit and the beach access. When we arrived, albeit a little late and after 5p, the unit was super clean and nicely redecorated...awesome appliances in the kitchen and the granite vanity and counter in the bathroom and kitchen were beautiful. Loved the "sand-friendly" travertine tile throughout the condo too! We so appreciated having the brand new linens and towels, and using the new stackable washer and dryer too. I was surprised at how comfy the convertible sofa was but I did notice that the stability bar was bent at its foot so it needed support from underneath that bar to lay flat. Maybe you want to check it? The best part of the unit is its location being directly on the beach and close to everything on 30A. Despite the Gulf being closed on Friday due to the wild surf and the double red flags, we had a great time at the CR pool so it was perfect to have that option right outside our door. Thanks to you and ECVR again for helping to make our vacation memorable, and, by the way, thanks for "ordering" the most amazing weather during the week ;). We are grateful! We will return soon! WOW! This condo is amazing!! We loved our week stay. The view is AMAZING. Kitchen is fully stocked, nice supply of linens, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Loved having a washer/dryer. Location is just perfect, lots of dining options within walking distance. We've stayed several places in Seagrove and this is by far the best. Loved the easy private beach access. And the view. Did I mention the view?? Justin was great to work with. Everything was just perfect, can't wait to stay there again!
