We loved staying here and had a wonderful time with no issues. It was a perfect condo that was toddler friendly and helped my piece of mind because there was no access to the balcony in the bedroom. Huge plus for families with children. Unit was well stocked and had everything we needed!

The condo was very nice, clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including a Keurig. The balcony overlooking the ocean and pool was beautiful with amazing views and a great place to relax. The location was excellent, and we loved that the beach wasn’t overly crowded. The beach chair/umbrella service was very convenient. We reserved it before our trip, and everything was set up and ready for us each morning. Our only disappointment was the daily free amenity advertised in the listing. We were looking forward to using the coupon toward activities during our stay. Right before our trip, I contacted Emerald Coast and was told the listing was incorrect and we would not receive it. We were disappointed since we had planned on using this benefit. The amenity is also still advertised in the listing, so the issue has not been corrected. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay, loved the condo and location, and would happily return to this unit!

Beautiful condo, exactly as pictured. My family of four, including two kiddos ages 7 and 4, had a wonderful time. The location is great. Condo is in Holiday Isle which was nice to be off the main road and reduce the traffic, but still close to restaurants and activities. The pool was lovely and the beach was even better! The only downside for us was the laundry situation. While the laundry room was closely located to our unit, it was pricy $2.50 to wash and dry each. The dryer required two cycles to fully dry our items (even small loads) so we spent quite a bit during our week stay. Also the trash chute is in the laundry room which created an unpleasant odor which isn't ideal when cleaning clothes. Overall, great trip and would return!

Beautiful place conveniently located right on the beach. Our only issue was the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, particularly the toilet and sink area. We did mention it, and we were told management would be informed, but they did not really address our request to have someone clean it, and we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean and disinfect it ourselves. The rest of the place was clean and smelled nice. We had six people and were surprised there wasn’t a sleeper sofa as an option for our son and his grandmother not to have to share a double bed. Other places we’ve stayed had a sleeper sofa as an option in case not everyone wanted to sleep on the same bed. Also, we were surprised the TVs were not smart TVs, so we did not have the option for Netflix etc. Otherwise, overall it was a lovely place I would recommend- tastefully decorated and comfortable bed in the master suite which was also very spacious.

That falls short of our standards. I’ve shared this with housekeeping and our guest services team so we can improve pre-check-in inspections and our follow-up process to ensure on-site re-cleans or supplies are provided immediately. I also appreciate the notes about sleeping arrangements and the TVs. I’ll review the listing to make sleeping configurations clearer for future guests and we’ll evaluate options like a sleeper sofa and adding streaming capability to the TVs. The place was great! From the moment we opened the door it smelled clean. It was spacious and upgraded and comfortable to lounge in in between time at the beach and pool. There was a child lock on the door which gave us peace of mind. The front door was kind of difficult to open but didn't bother us - also another thing that gave us peace of mind with little kids. Another security plus was the gated parking lot. The coffee maker was missing the insert for the coffee filter but we were able to make coffee without it so didn't bother us either. Checkout was very easy and reasonable. Instructions were clear, accurate, and prompt. The views were absolutely amazing. The beach and pool were very convenient and never crowded or loud. Town restaurants and stores were about 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again. Really enjoyed our stay.

Liked everything except master bedroom mattress. Very uncomfortable with broken down place on window side. Mattress needs to be replaced. Would plan to stay again when mattress is replaced. Everything else was wonderful.

Very nice condo. Internet was a little slow, probably because it was cold and most folks stayed in and surfed the web instead of the beach. Would have been nicer if there was a laundry in the condo. Coin operated one just outside the door though. Overall it was a very reasonably priced stay for the condo and location.

Had a wonderful experience. Condo was clean and spacious, and owner was responsive and accommodating when we had a booking mishap. The best part was the ocean view! We stayed on the fourth floor and the balcony backed up to the beach which was amazing. Had all the necessary amenities: toaster, communal washing machine/dryer, oven, microwave, tv’s in each room, etc. Definitely would recommend and we plan on returning any time we’re in Destin!

It was clean and easy to come and go as we pleased. It was nice having a door code instead of keys with having multiple teens. Only complaint would be the walls are thin so you can hear people in room next to you and I am sure they could hear us too.

We absolutely loved our Thanksgiving here. The condo was lovely. The location was absolutely perfect. One of our favorite things was the patio seating. The daily breakfast views were breathtaking. Overall a fabulous getaway. We will definitely book again.

This condo was great! Bigger than it looks in the pictures and a perfect location. Only a few minutes from everything in Harbor village and the beach is not overcrowded at all. Chairs and umbrellas are available to rent and super close to the beach so it's easy to go back to the room if needed. We really enjoyed and will be back!

The property was beautiful = looked exactly like the pictures online. The first day and overnight, the room temperature was a bit warm (77 degrees), but after making a call, the room temperature was good (70 degrees), for the rest of the trip. The refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher all worked well. We were happy with our stay, although we had to leave to head home two days early, due to the Corona Virus spreading nationwide. Hopefully, we will return to enjoy a full week stay in the future. Thank you, for sharing your beautiful property!

Condo was great. Master bedroom bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed besides a pair of scissors. Balcony was perfect to listen to the waves and watch the ocean. Pool is right below balcony so you can watch your kids swim. All in all it was wonderful.

The staff was very friendly. We actually got to check in a little earlier than expected.They have restroom access near the pool so if you show up early you have a place to change and use the restroom without trying to find public beach access. The location was perfect. The vacant lot next door provides more privacy. You aren't right on top of another building. The views from the master and balcony are just breath taking. The pool was a favorite for the kiddos. The property also had covered storage for your beach wagons and things like that if you are vacationing with kids. This condo made everything super easy. We loved it and will stay here again. The only suggestion I could make would be some kind of additional storage for food in the kitchen. We purchased groceries and cooked the majority of our meals. The kitchen was not well equipped. Lots of washing dishes to have enough to cook with. We had a total of 6 people in the unit. It say it sleeps 8.. I don't see how that would be possible. To my knowledge the sectional was not a sleeper sofa. Someone had mentioned the can opener being broken in a previous review I read before our stay. It was still broken when we got there. That's just being picky tho. The condo was really great. Just needs some more pots and pans and silverware. We will stay again. The washer and dryer were located right next to the unit. You can do laundry if needed, but plan on paying to use the washer and dryer.
