Destin on the Gulf 302

The picture looking out of the balcony sold us. That is the view we wanted every day and it is for the most part. There is a beautiful very large house now that blocks the sunrise and part of the view. Still a good view though. The condo is what you would expect (if you frequently stay in condos) It has basically everything you need. The kitchen has been redone and is nice. Furnishings are good, a little dated but we spend most of our time out. The overall facility is good, clean and I like the smaller size of the facility. Less people. The pool is nice and the walk over the dunes is short and nice. They take care of the property.

We loved the private beach setting and how close it was. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe provide kitchen linens. No pot holders makes it hard to pull something out the oven. And maybe a better vacuum, tried to vacuum up the sand but had to sweep it the best I could. Overall would definitely stay again.

A very pleasant experience for me and my family, everything was in good condition. We really enjoyed the time we spent there. I just want to highlight something that I would have liked, and without a doubt, for my next visit with them I will be there, I would like to see that the pillowcases are clean, since I didn’t find a clean pillow when going to sleep, but everything else was fabulous.

Wow!!!! Incredible spot for a quick beach vacation! The view was amazing! The condo was close to restaurants and shopping. There Were fireworks on Monday and Thursday nights from the front balcony! Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking fresh seafood dinner. I would suggest keeping oil, salt and pepper stocked. Our TV didn’t work for us and Brad came over and got it going. Just the best spot! Definitely will return!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. We have some of the greatest restaurants in the area. My favorite restaurant is McGuire's Irish Pub in Destin. They have the best steaks in Destin. We can't wait to see you again.

Loved staying here there truly not another place like this I feel like in Destin that very remote and private and the condo was lovely very cute and homey! Will definitely be back next year !!!!

Location is excellent the room was great no sunset view but overall it was just what we wanted. Only complaint was the security latch over the door was broken and I requested it to be fixed and it was not! For our entire trip! 6 days. Its close to everything and was an overall great stay. I would recommend to others, nice place for the price...
