Beautiful Condo, mattresses could use an update. Wish you left items like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent what was left behind by renters like us who flew and had to leave it. We also bought 2 beach chairs that we left behind. We couldn't find any in the condo. I know not all people are honest but not all people are like that. We have stayed at some that left items like that in the condo for others to use.

Unfortunately, due to sanitary requirements, we do no leave more than sample packs of these items in the unit and beach towels being left are owner preference. My husband and I enjoyed the view. We also love that it wasn't real busy. Location is unbelievably. Great! Everything you need just a straight away.

I am so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. You picked a great time of year if you were looking for the quiet. Between Spring Break and just before school gets out. I do hope you were able to checkout our great shopping and spectacular dining. There are so many festivals or live music playing almost every weekend. Heck.... if you decide to come back in the fall or early winter you might catch Santa in a boat parade nearby. I do hope you all come and stay with us again soon!!!!

I took my daughter and a couple of her friends that just finished their first year of college for a celebratory beach trip. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the listing. The view was perfect from both inside and from the balcony. Exactly what we were looking for. Great property in a great location....Close to restaurants, stores and attractions. The only ding I can give them is that the refrigerator took forever to cool down. They must have had it off before we showed up. I realize you can't fill up a refrigerator with room temperature items and expect it to cool them quickly. I took items from a cooler packed with ice and put them in the refrigerator. They actually warmed up in the refrigerator to room temp, then finally began to cool back about 6 hours later. I actually threw away ground beef and other perishables and bought more there for fear it had stayed warm too long. Minor setback for a great property.

If you want to LOVE your next vacation, this is the place to be. The maintenance are super helpful and responsive. The apartment is gorgeous inside and out. Nice view to the beach. The community is centrally located in Destin with instant access to Highway 98. Emerald Coast is the place to visit to enjoy your vacation!

The condo was just right. Clean, convenient to everything. It was amazing to sit on the balcony early in the morning with my Bible and coffee and soak in the beauty of God’s creation. The condo was quiet and peaceful even though there were lots of people at the pool and beach area. Walks on the beach were magnificent. The water became clearer each day. We will be back.

Loved the condo. It is set up really nice. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic needs. We had to supply more paper goods and trash bags but other then that had everything else we needed. The building it self needed some maintenance. The door on the 2nd floor had a broken door handle which made it difficult to get in. Also the patio furniture on the balcony wasn't in the best shape. Overall we loved the unit and would stay there again. The customer service was great to work with.

First time to Florida this room was perfect for us. The view was spectacular. Next year we will be renting the same room. I loved my stay.
