Pet friendly, easy in and out. The house is built on grade, so there’s not a ton of steps, which is nice especially if you have elderly folks or arthritic pets. Quiet location off of busy 30A. Short walk to the beach. Easy to bike around. Front porch is large and deep, this is an awesome rental for the money!! There was a new moon when we stayed, and the star gazing was amazing. We felt very, very safe and saw little kids running around.

Flip Flop Cottage is a hidden gem within walking distance to the beach. Although we were there for Thanksgiving, we did walk to the beach to watch a beautiful sunrise. Communication with the host was excellent, easy to find, and beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed on the Gulf coast many times, but this was our first stay in this particular location, and it was absolutely wonderful. We drove to the beach most days and were able to find parking. If we weren’t able to find parking, it was easy enough to drop the family off at the beach access, park at the house and take a 9 minute walk from the front door to the pristine white sandy beach. It was very private, free of traffic, parking was plentiful, air conditioning was ice cold, water pressure was perfect, and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again with the family!

I was impressed with this beach house. it was clean, cute and simple. It had the perfect beach vibe without being overdone. It was exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable. The whole place was cozy. The showers felt amazing after a long day at the beach. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch on the large front porch. Being able to walk to the beach was a huge plus. It was a good house to bring a dog as well. She had room to walk around outside, and she was comfortable in the house when we would leave. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my high school boys for fall break and had a great time overall!
The place had exactly what we were looking for and it was in an easy walking distance to the beach and quick bike ride to Seaside square for the boys!

Excellent location close to the beach. Santa Rosa puvbix beach within walking distance. Clean home, looked like the picture's posted. Plenty of bathing towels. Kitchen equipped with all the necessary pots and pans and even had extras like popcorn maker. Highly recommend this rental place.

We had a great stay at Flip Flop Cottage ! It was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Also only a 5 min walk to the beach!! Would definitely stay there again.

This cottage worked out perfectly for myself and my dog to join the family on a trip to 30A. We arrived at 6am after driving all night but were able to get in easily with the door code they provided. The place was comfortable and spacious, as well as clean. Bed was comfortable. Although we didn't cook at all, the kitchen was sufficient and had a nice yard for the dog's afternoon playtime. It's walking distance to the beach with easy access via a stairway so we could do our morning swims. For the price, it's one of the better values I saw in the area for a last minute trip. Thank you to Emerald Coast for the last minute booking and an enjoyable experience in the area!

Stayed 5 days to enjoy some biking and sunshine. Super cute little home. Very clean and close to 30A. We really liked the privacy and safety. We were able to pull a enclosed trailer for our bicycles and there was plenty of room to park it. Mgmt was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was great and the house was clean. Plenty of room, linens were plentiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Only change I would ask for is to have better pillows and clean kitchen mat. Would definitely recommend this place.

The house actually looks better in person than it did in the photographs in the listing. Very comfortable, located less than 10 minutes from the water. Easy check-in and checkout. The only downside is that the $150 pet fee seems excessive and increases the amount of the daily rental quite a bit.

We LOVED the location. Literally just down the road from the beach, but far away enough to not have any traffic and to have a yard and nice patio for our son to play. Love that there was no carpet as sand can follow us from the beach and we could just sweep it up quickly and there is also an outdoor shower to rinse off. Beds were comfortable which is important since I always have issues with beds due to back issues. Laundry room also made washing clothes convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a 30A vacation, close to a lot of great neighborhoods and beaches. Very clean space, great a/c and kitchen. Owner was very friendly and communicative and helpful through some internet issues. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good value spot on 30a close to the action.

Flip Flop Cottage is a great little one-floor property close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, close to places to eat and take a leisurely drive up the coast to see the beaches. Rob was a great contact and always answered timely to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The flip flop cottage was wonderful and the location was amazing. The pictures are an accurate depiction of what to expect. Even though this was a smaller space than what we are used to booking, it felt open and comfortable. Rob's place is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, not overly developed, with a gorgeous tree canopy. It’s an easy 5-10min walk or 2 min drive to the beach. I did both when I needed to carry a paddle board or other heavy gear. There is a parking lot and street parking by the beach entrance.
The tile floors are perfect for sandy feet (or paws). And it’s nice that one bathroom is inside the master and the other is off the living room.
The wifi was amazingly good for an Airbnb. We streamed movies and used smart tv features seamlessly.
Maintenance calls (mostly user error related!) were addressed immediately and all the necessary amenities were there. The keyless entry worked flawlessly too.
Overall, an excellent stay and we’ll be sure to return to the area again in the future.

Flip Flop Cottage was just as we expected! A simple two bedroom home, 0.4 miles from public beach access. We stayed here with another couple and had so much fun! It is hidden off 30A and very private. He had basic supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc) so I recommend planning a grocery trip to the nearby Publix upon arrival(or the morning after, they were much less busy). We usually walked to the beach but there was also parking if you got there early enough. I highly recommend reserving umbrellas/chairs to be set up for you at the beach in order to spend the most time there. Overall our first time near Seaside was a success thanks to Rob and his hospitality!
