This house worked out great for us: 2 adults and 6 teens. There's a bedroom on the main floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs, including a room with 4 bunks. Plenty of room, house was clean and exactly as advertised. Great stay!

We loved our stay here! Alys and Rosemary are a close walk and/or drive, and the trolly ride to the beach was so easy and convenient. The pool was an awesome additional amenity! We will definitely stay in this area again in the future.
The kitchen was pretty bare so we had to bring / purchase a few things during our stay - but that's pretty standard with airbnb so we didn't mind!

This was a beautiful property and a great location. ECVR was very responsive any time we reached out. They went above and beyond when we left a charger at the house and were quick to retrieve and mail to us. 10/10 for customer service. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. My only issue was the cookware which was very worn, but that is minor as it still worked. Overall it was a great location. My recommendation to any potential renters, get your groceries from the local WalMart. Much better prices than Publix.

Not our first visit to 30A, but our first visit to Seacrest Beach. The "Family Ties" home was perfect! Very cozy, beachy, & cute! Nice covered front porch to enjoy. The house was just as described. Very clean and well stocked with the basics. Emerald Coast was excellent at sending instructions and reaching out to let you know how to get in touch if you needed anything. There are lots of homes in the Seacrest Beach community, so lots of bike and walking activity going on around you, but still it was peaceful and quiet! Very walkable to Alys and Rosemary Beach restaurants. There is a Publix that opened about 8 min away on Hwy 98, which makes getting groceries or odds-and-ends very easy too. Only downside (and we knew when we booked), was beach access for Seacrest Beach is CROWDED during peak times. Tram seemed timely if you want to take that. We walked to the beach no problem. If we choose Seacrest Beach again, "Family Ties" will be our choice again for sure!

We were in the area for a week long softball tournament in PCB, but wanted to stay in the 30A area. The Seacrest Beach neighborhood is wonderful! We loved the shuttle service and the pool area. The home was beautiful with everything in working order. The front door knob was a little difficult to open at times from the inside (could be a fire hazard), but otherwise we were very happy with our choice.

We had a great family vacation. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house even felt bigger than it looked in pictures. We were able to walk to get breakfast and coffee every morning, and the tram/walk to the beach was enjoyable. We definitely will be staying here again.

I am so glad we got to host you. This Family Ties house is just so close to so many things. Having the tram just makes visiting the coffee shop and other shopping so much easier. Trying to decide if you want to go to the pool or the beach was hopefully your only challenge. We cannot wait to see you all again!!!

We had the best time at Family Ties! The house was perfect for our group of 9. Very clean and the check in process was super easy. We will definitely be back! The trolley service to the beach was quick and convenient. The property management was very helpful before our trip and answered all of my questions. Love love love!

The property is nice and the location is ideal for those looking to stay close to the beach, but not pay on the beach prices. The pool is a nice option to have and getting to the beach was easy. The couches need to be replaced, however it was a good place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Family Ties. Nice size house. Easy walking distance to beach with teens however the beach access is super crowded. We ended up driving to Inlet public access beach and it was perfect. So much room to spread out. Like others have said, the pots and pans need a refresh. The showers could use a deep clean and fresh caulking. Otherwise we are happy with our stay.

We loved our stay at Seacrest Beach! The house was perfect for our family. The location was great. Everything was very easy to get to. The only downside was how early everything closed, as far as restaurants go. Other than that, it was a perfect week at the beach!

We were completely pleased and comfortable in this beautiful home. The furniture and decor are both charming and comfortable. The hardwood floors are absolutely gorgeous- would love them in my own home. The bedrooms are perfectly situated with lots of room for everyone to be comfortable. The location is close to both the pool and the beach. We walked to the beach and never even needed to take the tram, although trams did pass by regularly. We will definitely book Family Ties again. The only drawback was that gorgeous resort pool was absolutely freezing this week and no one could tolerate it more than a few minutes. Hopefully the HOA can figure out why it was so cold. The gulf water was comfortable and all the vacationers were swimming there because it felt so much warmer than the pool. We’ve been to Seacrest several times and this is the first time we’ve had this problem with the pool. The pool was completely empty, with just a few sunbathers.

We have stayed at different properties around 30A, but this was our first time in Seacrest. We liked the location of the house and it was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 7 teens/young adults. The kitchen has good utensils, but no spices. Management was attentive to any needs. Make sure you reserve beach chairs early as they sell out!

The house was clean and ready for us on time. There were bowls, measuring cups, good amount of that kind of stuff. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels for my crew of 12 (only for inside use of course). Just a great open comfy feel to this house. Felt like home.

Plenty of room for 9! Great active neighborhood for kids, close to trolley stop and bike rides to Seacrest Village, Allys, or Rosemary Beach restaurants/shopping. The beach for Seacrest can be overcrowded, look to east (right side from dune walkway) where Seas the Day rents chairs. Much more chill and less crowded. Pool is good but lame rules about beers/drinks while in it.

Walking distance to Rosemary shops. Cute house, pans, utensils need updating. No ceiling fan on the front porch so July a bit hot to hang out there. beach at Seacrest way too crowded. Half the section is for chair umbrella rentals so everyone else is crammed into 1/2 the space. Load the car and go to a public beach access.

This house is exactly as described! We had a bad experience last summer at a different house so we were kind of nervous to stay anywhere again. Boy this made up for last summer and then some! It was very clean, roomy and comfortable and easily accessible to many great amenities. The tram to the beach was out the door to the left and the pool was a short walk from the house. I just advise you to get to the pool EARLY if you’d like a chair because it fills up fast. If you want to have more room at the beach you can drive down the road to the public beach access which was more suitable for our group because it wasn’t as crowded. I would highly recommend this house,we were very happy with our stay.

We spent a week with friends at Seacrest Beach and had a blast. The home is beautiful, clean and perfectly located in Rosemary Beach area. The 2 primary rooms and 2 kids rooms made it easy for two families to share. Just be aware to pack dishwashing and laundry detergent to ensure all is clean. Besides that, the stay was great!

House was lovely- clean, comfortable & spacious. Seacrest was a very nice beach town, fun to ride bikes around. Enjoyed the pool and beach. Beach is rather far though, and seems crazy that you can’t really ride your bike to the beach bc there’s no place close by that allows bicycle parking, so you must take the tram service. Too far for us to walk with little ones. Also be advised to bring your own coffee filters as there are none provided. Overall though a beautiful home in a fun little beach town!

the ice maker didn't work, the door between the two upstairs bedrooms was broken, and the smoke detector up in the rear bedroom was chirping and had to have the battery replaced late at nite. otherwise, a very nice stay!!!

The Family Ties home was in the perfect location! We enjoyed all that Seaside had to offer. The shuttle stop was close to the house and a convieniant way to get to and from the beach. The open first floor was great for family meals, games and hanging out. As was the front porch! Our only wishes are that the community pool would be heated. It was too cold to enjoy. And while Family Ties had been cleaned before our arrival, it could use a deep cleaning (power wash furniture on front porch, windows and blinds). Also, the pocket door between in the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom is broken. That being said, we understand that it’s Spring Break and back to back rentals. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Loved the house. It was further from the beach than we expected. Light bulbs in quite a few places were burned out. The beach chairs were broken so it might be time to restock those. It was great to have the credit for the bikes. We used the bikes all the time! House was decorated really nice and it was very comfortable!

We vacation at Seacrest/30A area every year and this has been one of our favorite homes that we've rented. The rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen well-equipped, the decor beautiful and the furnishings comfortable. We love the resort as well--wonderful pool and close to the beach. We loved this home. It was perfect for two families with two master suites. Very convenient to the pool and tram stops. The interior is gorgeous...loved the wood floors. It was our first time staying in Seacrest, we normally go to Destin or Panama City. We will definitely be back!

We came down for a week with another family, 4 adults and 5 kids total, and this house was ideal. It’s laid out very well and is decorated beautifully. The key code entry was a breeze and our tram stop was only a few steps away that took us straight to the beach access point. That was a life saver with kids! We ended up using Longue Vue Beach Service and they were incredible. So friendly and were at our beck and call the whole week. The community pool is more than amazing and only a couple blocks away. Dining and shopping in Rosemary were a quick 10 minute walk that our kids did multiple times easily. Overall this is definitely a house we would return to without hesitation. Wonderful community as a whole!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Family Ties. My husband and I are real estate developers, and we needed a chance to get away and just relax with our family for Spring Break. This was the perfect place. The home was well appointed, nicely furnished and private. Our kids (and we) were glad to have TVs in each room, so no one argued over what to watch. The Seacrest Beach development had everything we need, and our kids loved getting Orange Leaf ice cream almost every night. Restaurants, shops, bikes, souvenirs and interesting things to explore abound between Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach. Our kids ended up seeing many of their friends, since so many families we knew were able to rent in the vicinity. If I had one suggestion, it would be to increase the speed of the internet, if possible. Techno-savy teenagers tend to eat it up, but I know this may be limited by the service provider. Thoroughly enjoyable area and wonderful home. Thank you for allowing others to rent it!
