This is my second time in this community. My family loved it. We brought our dog and everything was perfect. It’s close to the beach, very centrally located, and the house was clean and well-equipped. We will definitely come back!

Although this is a beautiful place, it isn’t as big as they make it out to be. As a family of 10, we were not able to sit at a table together and eat.. and the post said there was an office area, there is not. The garage is full of sand toys and beach items which was very nice but with a large golf cart in there you cannot move around to get to anything, so technically most items were unavailable. Some of the TVs didn’t have remotes you couldn’t watch anything because of the Internet.

Perfect place to be at by yourself, with family and friends. Walkable to beach, restaurants, etc. I’ve stayed at a lot of places in the Destin area and this place has so much charm and character. The swimming pool, balconies, and neighborhood is great.

beautiful facility, well equipped. had a wonderful week in spite of a television not working in teenage bedroom and outdoor grill was in terrible shape and not working. called property manager with details but nothing was done. The community pool was beautiful and well kept. Walk to the beach was tedious for a group but the shoreline was beautiful. Destin attractions were quite a distance but enjoyable. Overall a good time was had by all.

Great communication before during and at checkout. The house was very clean and comfortable. Had everything needed even a garage full of beach chairs, inflatables, sand toys, bikes, water boards all of which the grandkids used. Close to everything. Beach, Food, shopping, etc. Definitely would recommend

Overall everything was perfect. You need to make sure you bring soap and paper goods. The beach access was perfect, right across from the entrance to the subdivision. The only thing is they would not let you use your own chairs. You had to rent them from the beach chair rental on site. We had TVs in every room so at night when unwinding everyone could go to their rooms and relax. I would definitely recommend and will probably be renting again.

My family of 6 really enjoyed this home . It’s perfect for large families. We really like the home design and the bedrooms were perfect for your own space and privacy. The balconies really added a spectacular touch . The beach is about a five minute walk . And the pool was just steps away . The neighborhood was quiet and very beautiful grounds . My family will definitely rent again .

Our overall stay was great! Easy access to the beach. The chef kitchen was beautiful. We enjoyed cooking a lot! The house itself was superb!! Gorgeous Tuscany Villa. The lock system needs updated. We struggled with the sliding glass doors. But overall we loved it and will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay with my family, communication and location was great. Just a few min walk to the beach. There was little sand of some the bed sheets, but other than that everything was great. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a nice place close to the beach.

What a beautiful neighborhood! We typically stay in a condo when in Destin. This house was big and beautiful. Loved our stay. We had 9 people and all had plenty of room. Great location. Shops, grocery, resteraurnts, the pool was steps away and the beach is a short manageable walk. There were lots of beach toys, chairs etc. we could use. The water pressure left much to be desired, but we managed. The stairs were a workout! I would recommend, and we hope to come stay here again! Thank you!

This place was great! We had eight adults and there was plenty of room to enjoy time together and get some alone time, which was especially good since two of us had to work remotely during the week. There bedroom & bathroom setups are great and we especially loved the large balconies off the two master bedrooms and the patio off the kitchen/living area. We stay in airbnbs a lot when traveling for work and leisure. We love to cook and often find that key kitchen accessories are missing (the worst was the babydoll-sized silverware at one rental). This place was stocked with multiple sized fry and saute pans, sauce/stock pots, knives that actually are actually sharp, tons of plates & bowls, large serving pieces and serving bowls, a mixer, garlic press, etc, etc, etc. The only thing we missed having was a 9X12 baking dish, but we were able to find a workaround. The bed we slept in was very comfortable (albeit a little uneven with the foot of the bed feeling a bit higher than the head) and there was a wide variety of pillows and plenty of extra blankets. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, bikes, sand toys, etc — this is great b/c it's only a short walk (like across the street, short) to the beach. Our college aged daughter and her roommate also really enjoyed the hot tub. One note about parking. The circular driveaway is very steep on one side. We drive smaller cars (Prius, Yaris, etc) and it was hard to pull out without scraping the underside. If you're in a car that's higher off the ground, though, that shouldn't be a problem. Do know that if you've got little kids or other folks how might have mobility issues, this home is three stories so there are a lot of stairs. They're enclosed, which is good, but it could be a hike for some people.

This beautiful home was perfect for our vacation with our kids. We loved how easy and so close the beach access was, and the fact the house is slightly on the end of the street in the gated community. We were able to use that area to play baseball with the kids. We will definitely be back!

This was a great spot for our family we loved the house and walking distance to beach but the master bedroom hot tub would have been nice after a day in the sun it didn't work but the kitchen is well stocked and ready

Great location. Grocery store is 1/4 mile away. Private beach access is across the street. Get out there around 6:30 in the morning to set up canopy on the front row of the beach. Surf hut has an outside bar so you order food and drinks amd walk it back to the beach

We booked this house for our four adult children, son-in-law, and 18 month old granddaughter. We felt the house was in a great location, across the street from the beach, near plenty of restaurants, grocery, and shopping. The area was easy to navigate, however, traffic was heavy. Our co-workers warned us about the 2 1/2 - 3 hour wait for restaurant seating, and they were not kidding. Luckily, our house had a grill and we cooked out a couple times which everyone enjoyed. The downside was the oven did not work, we called the property manager who promptly responded. However, we requested a call before entering the house, and to our surprise the repair man was just in the kitchen. We were informed the heating element needed replaced. I followed up with the property manager, and was informed a part would need to be ordered and would not arrive during our stay. Overall, we liked having the pool almost right outside our door, found the neighborhood very safe, and enjoyed the walkability of the area. We will be returning in the future.

Great location, beautiful home, equipped with everything you need for your stay, nice appliances. The home was very nice and clean, sheets and blankets were awesome, beautifully decorated. My family really enjoyed the pool and the home, everything was to our satisfaction. Enough dishes for our family we grilled steaks one night on the grill on the patio. We liked the idea that this home wasn’t overlooking pool so it was more relaxing to sit on the patio and enjoy and cook out one night of our stay.

This was the best spot in all of Miramar Beach! The house was lovely! It was an Anniversary getaway for us and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The only issues we had were, the lights did not work on the hood above the cook top, the jetted tub was not operational and some of the burners on the cook top didn't work. The beach was easily accessible and the location was phenomenal! This is definitely the neighborhood I will stay in when I return to Sandestin! It was extremely cold because of a weird winter storm, so no actual beach fun but we made up for it with all of the other activities! Thank you for providing such a beautiful home!

Proximity to the beach was excellent! Not many condominiums so the beach was never too crowded. Gated community was beautiful and quiet! The pool was great to relax in after a day at the beach or crab island. It was almost always all to ourselves. Our home was well kept and had plenty of room for us. Bedrooms were nice and spacious. Plenty of sinks with the bathrooms and each room had its own toilet! The patios were all on the shaded side of the home which was a nice touch. We grilled steaks one night on the brand new grill and the garage had some beach toys which the kids were excited to see. We had two issues, one with floors being sandy and the other with turning on the cable. One message to Justin and both were immediately handled to our expectation. I made a few posts on FB and had 4 friends ask for information on our home and are wanting to book! We are ready to book for next year as well!! Thank y’all so much!

The property was amazing, just enough space for a family of five (Parents and 3 teenage boys). My only disappointment was that the jets in the master tub did not work. I was informed that the owner cut them off. Other than that the neighborhood was nice, clean, and quiet. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great with the one small exception of pillows and sheets. Both were pretty low quality and made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. I'd recommend bringing your own sheets and pillows.

From the first impression of the neighborhood until the time we left, we enjoyed the home. The home and neighborhood exceeded our expectations. Everything was neat, clean, and well maintained. It was nicely furnished with good quality furnishings. The people working in the area for the homeowners association were friendly and helpful. The pool was a very short walk and well-maintained. There was a private beach entrance across the street from our complex. Can't say enough about the beach, water, and great weather. Unlike some places, the photos on the website are representative of the home. Spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds, loved the balconies! Would definitely stay here again. Can't wait to go back!

The house was perfect- immaculately kept up. The washer stopped working and the owner just happened to be staying in another one of his properties around the corner. After hearing that the part for the washer would take days to come in and it being a holiday weekend, upon his departure he provided the key to the other house so we could use the washer there. And, in addition, the rental company had housekeeping bring clean towels and pick up the wet towels every day while we were there and the part was on order for the washer. The owner and the staff members were very professional and accommodating. No complaints at all. Our stay was very relaxing and the house and the gated community were like being at a resort.
